The office staff and the maintenance team is wonderful. I had very few issues but they were promptly addressed and resolved. The office staff had been very professional and had lens a hand to help when and where they could. Thanks ladies

So far it has been okay. I can't rate my experience as great due to the inconveniences we have gone through moving into the community for 3-4 whole months with little to no action from the office management at that time.

I would say it was, it helps and it great to have a website that helps you find apartments around the area that you live in, I would recommend this website to many of my friends and family, it helped me and my girlfriend.

The property us very clean and well kept. The office staff are very professional and courteous. I like that it is very quiet and my neighbors are friendly. Also stores are within a short distance from the property and that is a plus for me. I would definitely recommend Sync at Liverty Hills to anyone.

It was great experience renting here. So far everything is clean, quiet, and working. The location is not far from my job and the neighbors are not bad to live with. The apartment was super clean which is a bonus for me.

I already stated how I felt on the previous comments. The parking needs to improve, there needs to be an officer in the complex, the apartments smell like weed in some buildings, the neighbors are noisy and have guest that blast music at all times of the day and night.

I love it here! Best place I have ever lived in and glad I made the change! If I would have known how wonderful the experience is living here before then I would have moved in sooner! This community is beautiful and quiet!

Liberty Hills is a very pleasant and quiet community. I have encountered friendly staff and tenants. Our apartment is very spacious and smells good. We like it because it is similar to a house in size and amenities. The buildings are attractive to look at. However there is blue tape around what appears to be a vent on the outside of our apartment (7103). Can someone perhaps take a look at it? It is an eyesore. Other than that I have no complaints. It is a beautiful community / resort.

A relatively nice community with terrible management. Several crimes have occurred on property since I've been here. Despite the fact that this is supposed to be a gated community. Work orders aren't completed on time. And the apartments, though fairly nice, are clearly remodeled and not worth the price of rent.
