Hunters Creek Apartments offer spacious, modern living with great amenities like a fitness center and pool. Conveniently located near shopping and highways, it's a fantastic choice for comfortable living. Highly recommended.

Leasing managers are awsome and very understanding. Had a amazing experience moving into Hunter's Creek Apartments and havent had no problems since I've moved in 7 months ago. Maintenance are quick and gets the job done with no problems in any way. I would highly recommend this place to families. Definitely staying as long as I can.

Me and my family lived there for 4 years and we were very satisfied with everything ,all community areas were kept clean all the time ,the office staff always helpful .I strongly recommend this apartment complex as one of the best options

I normally don't write reviews, but I am compelled to because how effective, transparent, and friendly the staff at Hunter's Creek were during my experience. The management (Anner and Betty are the best!) was always helpful by explaining whatever situation I had or even a random question. I cannot adequately express their commitment to their residents during Hurricane Harvey... it was impeccable. The maintenance staff (George and Armando, thank you for your hard work!) addressed the residents' needs in a very timely manner with exceeding proficiency. The management and team truly care about the residents and property. Thank you, Anner, Betty, George, and Armando. I recommend Hunter's Creek to anyone looking for a quiet home.

My experience here was fantastic. The office staff, especially Betty, was always very helpful and nice. George and Armando (the maintenance staff) were amazing. They took care of any problem we had quickly and efficiently. I never had an issue with roaches because the apartment complex had pest control come spray inside your apartment every six months. I would highly recommend this place to someone looking for a new apartment.

My family and I first moved here in 2016 and this place felt like home from day one. The management is super nice and helpful in every aspect of ur living. The maintenance is super effective and helpful also. This been the best experience I've ever had at any apartments and is the safest. I've never had any problems that the management didn't fix in a timely manner. Great place to live.

Oh Gosh!! I almost forgot to write a review about this place, the complex looks nice on the outside and all, but the management is horrible, the manager said they don't care about the reviews. Well for those who are thinking about moving into this place, the management is always complaining about something and overcharging on a every opportunity they get. Lack of parking space, they pick on every little thing, pool, blinds etc. People get into the complex to stock you or steal. After the hurricane we got infested with roaches and rats, I called them multiple times to report the incident and they did not do anything to control the situation. I got into a lot of arguments with betty the leasing consultant always very rude and getting into the people's business. I lived there for 3 years and it was the worse place I've ever live.

Vivo aqui desde hace un año y tengo que destacar que es un Lugar limpio y,acojedor,tranquilo con Buenos vecinos y una muy buena seguridad. Tambien vale destacar el esfuerzo que hace el equipo de mantenimiento con efficacia y rapidez para nuestra satisfaccion.igualmente el de Las muchachas de la direccion.Que hacen todo lo posible porque todo se resuelva todo lo mas pronto posible.Saludos.

This was my first apartment and I learned a lot from this experience! The staff, Betty and Anner are very sweet and helpful with any issues I had. The only down side about this is parking, it is limited especially if you have guests. The assigned space you have is very tight so I would always park in the visitors which is first come first serve. This complex is very quiet! I never had issues with noise and my neighbors were very sweet. any issues I had with maintenance were handled immediately.

I have lived here since February 2017. I have never been late with rent. I invited some friends to the pool and got kicked out and got a very rude betty. Office staff is absolutely rude. The guy that is the parking manager or law enforcement guy is very rude too ! He took away my parking because he couldn't park. There is only 1 parking per apartment, so if you have 2 cars you have to go park all the way to the back. They say exterminator come on Tuesday ! Aha never has been to my apartment . many roaches problem and I only sleep here . I don't even cook! Security I guess its okay . No complaints about neighbors! The water has been cut off I don't know how many times since I live here . & yes i've payed on time. Ohhh & I'm currently with no water due to I don't know why at 9:51pm . Overall, 1 out of 5
