I have lived here since Nov 07 when I moved from Louisiana. I have never had te types of problems that other people are saying. I am a single mom with 2 kids living here. Yeah there are times when people are outside but that is their right I have never had a problem with loud music, drugs, thefts, or anything. I also live in Phase I maybe this is going on in Phase II. I think anyone wating to move here should come and see it for yourself before taking the reviews side.

Most times some people on here are bitter about situations and blow things out of proportion. For this property it is not the case at all. I have lived in many MANY apartments but never one as bad as this. From the worst staff I have ever had to deal with include the constant change of administration to the poorly built apartments and crime rate. Even if I was broke with little money and not a lot of opinions....I still wouldn't choose this place. No one should be that desperate. Its not worth you life.

I have a couisin that stay in this apt. complex with a 12 yr old child. My son go went to play with him and spend the night. I found out my son and his little cousin went to another little boy house in the same complex to play. They had a guy that was in there smoking weed and giving it to a dog (WTF), also they was trying to help the little boy cook all un supervised. This place is very ------ and really run down. I wouldn't be surprised if there was ever a drug bust there. Stay away from this place.

This place is the worst place I ever stayed. Lots of drugs and shootings and old apartments that need repairs

LUXOR PARK HAS BEEN GRANTED THE NAME HELL!!! THIS IS BECAUSE MOST OF THE CRIME THAT TAKES PLACE IS FROM OUTSIDERS... DRUG SELLING, HANGING OUT LATE AT NIGHT, CHILDREN UNATTENDED INTO THE WEE HOURS OF THE NIGHT.LETS JUST TELL THE TRUTH. SHAME ON MANAGEMENT THEY CAN DO MUCH BETTER. IF THEY PLAY CLEAN-UP AND START ARRESTING PEOPLE THAT DON'T LIVE IN THE COMPLEX THIS WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE. LUXOR PARK NEED A GATE AROUND THE COMPLEX. MAYBE WHEN THE POLICE IS AFTER SOMEONE THEY WILL NOT HAVE A PLACE TO RUN...WE ARE TIRED OF THIS DEATHTRAP...MAYBE HOUSTON POLICE DEPARTMENT NEED TO POST UP A COMMAND CENTER LIKE THEY DID ON DESOTO... YOU SEE IT WORKED. ON THING I CAN SAY IS HOUSTON COPS ARE NOT SCARED TO POST UP AND GET THE BAD GUYS. THIS IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM. I AGREE WITH THE OTHER PERSON WHEN MAKING A STATEMENT ABOUT A CRIME SCENE FROM CIS.... PEOPLE SHOULD NOTICE... THE NEWS MEDIA LOVE TO REPORT BAD THINGS.. AND THIS IS BECAUSE OF CONTINUED CRIME THAT IS TAKING PLACE. THESE APARTMENTS NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN WITHOUT NOTICE...A COMPLETE DEATH TRAP. AND IF MANAGEMENT DON'T ALERT CLIENTS OF THE DANGER OF MOVING IN HERE. THEY NEED TO REFUND ALL MONEY BACK. IT'S FUNNY NO ONE FROM THE OFFICE MANAGEMENT STAFF LIVE ON THE PROPERTY. NOW THAT SHOULD TELL EVERYONE SOMETHING... THEY DON'T EVEN WANT A FREE APARTMENT.. "HELL WOULD YOU"...THEY NEED TO HAVE A CURFEW. THIS WILL HELP TO CONTROL THE CRIME. START ARRESTING PEOPLE WHO DON'T LIVE OVER HERE. RUN A DRIVER LIC. CHECK ON THEM. THIS WILL BE THE CORRECT APPROACH TO START WITH. MANAGEMENT DO YOUR JOB!! IF NOT YOU WILL BE SOON SHUT DOWN BECAUSE OF THE CRIME. OH WE DON'T EVEN HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO FINISH TALKING ABOUT THIS PLACE. SO I AM GOING TO CALL IT A DAY!!
