This apartment complex allows anybody to stay there if your a felon this is the place to go. Cars get broken into, the apartment ground at night have crackheads walking the parking lot waiting to break in your car if it's the littlest thing to steal and pawn. If this has happen to you it's at the pawn shop on 290 right pass the Walmart on the right hand side unless they have changed since being expose once. They have drugs thoughtout this apartment complex and I know of one apartment I call on and nothing has been done yet. I hope they rectify that issue for the other tenants sake.

i liked the fact that the location was close to the kids school and they gave me a 2nd chance at leasing i had no problems with the front office staff except they do not return phone calls promptly. the maintance staff was always great and resolve problems within a day or two. the only faulty downside that i did not like the roaches! their manifested in the walls i stayed in 2 different buildings at the complex and roaches left and right everywhere ive had exterminationation come out and even exterminate myself and still no cease its one of the main reasons why i did not renew my lease.
