Love the location and the amenities. My unit has an extended patio, very convenient for my pup. The office team has communicated tons of updates via email and text love the transparency!! Would recommend to anyone who works in Med Center or Downtown especially

Within perfect proximity to everything one would want to do in the city of Houston. Close to highways airports, shopping and of course world-class medical services in the Texas Medical Center. I can play golf, go to the zoo, see a museum exhibit, enjoy an outdoor concert, lavish in a day spa, eat drink and be entertained within a half mile of the front door.

Maurice made my move in super easy. I was looking for an immediate move in apartment and he showed me the exact unites that were available. He was also very transparent on all the fees included on my monthly bill. I was very satisfied with the onboarding of everything.

My experience at this community has been overall positive. The location is convenient, close to shopping, restaurants, and major roads. The staff are friendly and responsive whenever maintenance is needed. The apartments are modern and well-kept, with good amenities that make daily living comfortable. Noise levels are generally reasonable, and security measures help residents feel safe. While rent is on the higher side, the quality of the property and services makes it worthwhile. ---

Despite the issues with gnats, inconsiderate neighbors whose pets contribute to the property's lack of cleanliness, and the frequent changes in management and office staff, I genuinely appreciate this location. I understand the lease increase. I don't like being charged for Wi-Fi. I have my own Wi-Fi. This unit was once quiet. However, the neighbor directly above me has constant rumblings and stomping even after 10 PM. It's always the neighbors...

It's not been the greatest. Honestly management has been in and out. We've had towing issues, maintenance problems, and other things that are promised to be fixed, yet never get done. I'm so sick of it and I'm ready to move out.

So far, management has been great and very helpful. We only just moved in so I don't have any other comments to say yet. The appearance of our unit was clean and acceptable upon move in, however the carpets were just cleaned and still wet at time of move in.
