Comfortable well designed apartments, by Hermann park, close to Texas Medical Center, Museums, Rice University, in generally quiet neighborhood, good management, good security. Shuttle to Medical Center useful.

Lovely mid rise complex, that is very quiet, clean, newly carpeted, with very friendly staff and great property management. Any work that needs to get is turned around efficiently with great courtesy. Love the place.

This is a wonderful community, and we truly enjoy living in this neighborhood and at One Hermann Place. Unfortunately, over the past year, our unit has been impacted multiple times by recurring plumbing issues within the building. We are hoping all these issues get resolved soon!

I love my apartment! The staff here is wonderful! I work in the Med Center, so I can actually walk home from work. I love the morning shuttle service. And.. the park is right across the street! I love it here!

I work at the Med center with my wife. No kids or pets. This os the best place we could have chosen. Close proximity ro Herman park, the road between the apartment and the park is quiet, lots of cool events in the park along with zoo, and golf course. Shuttle is fantastic. Couldn't imagine a better place to live

I have lived at OHP. eight years . There are many choices in Houston I remain at OHP. I do look at other places that have better walkability such as a grocery store and restaurants below. I remain at OHP. There is a certain sense of comfortability about the atmosphere within the building. I can not really explain it but it exists.!

One. Herman is a great place right across from the park. The people in the management is friendly. We just need more maintenance people and housekeeping. and groundskeeping take care of the trash after it’s taken away. There’s usually glass left on the roadway and our slim maintenance people have to clean it up where they’re busy doing other things.
