Our experience has been enjoying a quiet, clean and friendly community. It appears to have many post graduate young adults as renters. Good common space and team appears to be on top of maintenance and communicates regularly.

I love foundry, this is my second year here! Dina and Ileana are great to work with and are always listening to any concerns or comments I have to make sure they provide the best service. Usually if I put in a maintenance request in the evening they are there the next day in the morning/afternoon!

My experience has been good but I have safety concerns and the elevator problems are not good. I’d also like to see cleaner carpet because the facility looks to need a refresh and it’s not very old. Trash chutes often smell horrible from far away.

I truly enjoy living here at Foundry19th the property is clean, the leasing team is very kind and the area is superb. Easy to shop, eat and enjoy workouts outdoors. I’ve lived here for 3 years and I’ve seen this neighborhood flourish, it’s extremely easy to get around to other parts of the inner Houston area.

You need to add more security. My new car and bike were stolen and now we are seeing more wheels stolen. What if someone had walked in on them doing this? Also the exit ramps need to have signs warning drivers about people walking by the ramp. I've come very close to being hit by people not paying attention to traffic. That tree on the right side of the down side of the ramp on 19th/Lawrence blocks people's view to the sidewalk.

What I enjoy most about living at Foundry on 19th is the perfect balance it creates between comfort, convenience, and community. The apartments are modern and spacious with thoughtful finishes that make everyday living feel elevated. I also love the amenities—the fitness center, pool, and quiet spaces for work or relaxation really enhance the experience. The location is another huge plus—it’s close to dining, shopping, and everything I need, yet it still feels peaceful and private when I’m home. But what truly sets Foundry on 19th apart is the people. Dina, Ileana, and Tameka in the office are always welcoming, helpful, and genuinely care about residents. Damien, the maintenance man, is incredible—quick to respond, knowledgeable, and always kind. Their efforts make this community feel less like an apartment complex and more like home. Overall, Foundry on 19th doesn’t just provide a place to live—it creates a place where you can thrive and feel truly taken care of.

Great atmosphere and location. I really enjoyed my experience thus far and look forward to what is to come. Foundry on 19th has a great vibe. I am new to the area but really feel (in the short time I’ve been here) that this place is a new home.

It has been great. Leasing agents are very kind and helpful, especially Matt and Ileana. We consider them friends. Washer and dryer could use an upgrade but other than that the apartment is great. Community is great as well everyone is very kind.
