your best bet would be to stay away from these apartments they are awful as well as the management they are the rudest! when you need something fixed they always think your lying and then take forever to even check it out, by the time they get there you could have looked it up, watched the video on you tube, took a class on it and fixed it your self!!!!!!!!!!

I just moved a week ago from this horrible place......STAFF WOULDN'T ALLOW ME TO GET MY MAIL EVEN THOUGH THERE'S NOONE LIVING THERE....just to mention a few things; roaches, worms (staff won't do nothing about)! Driveway pavement falling!!! Young punks asking my husband while we are walking to our car "would u like to buy some wee?" infront of our 6 yr. old daughter & 18 month. And even worst the staff there is horrible and rude...their FIRST PRIORITY IS "NOT" TO HELP YOU!!!! EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE PAYING FULL AMOUNT OF RENT THEY ACT LIKE THEY ARE MANAGING A SEC.8 COMPLEX!

These apartments are terrible. One month after moving in my car and my neighbors car were broken into. The manager was very rude when we reported it and it turned out the thief lived two apartments down. Then two days later same day the police were back because there was a stolen car and the apartment behind me the heater caught fire. Now the air conditioner is leaking into my apartment mold and mildew is growing I am allergic to both and my two year old also and they say they wont have anything ready for a week as my son and I cant breath in our own apartment. They are liers and cheaters they will take your rent every month but dont hold up their end of the deal. I am supprised they havent had their pants sewed off yet.

the staffs do not talk well. they are always on phone... when there is a problem, do the they take more than 3-4 days to do the work. They never completed mine lease agreement paper until I moved in for almost a month. they charge you $ 50 if you are a day late for payment but you will never get your credit if you have paid more than needed. these staffs are something else. the former ones were the best. they used to clear each and every problems instantly.

Garbage apartments unproffesional from the office to mantience but this gos back to the property owners they dont care about there residents i signed the lease because i needed a place to lay my head but had i know this never would i have signed two days ago they were shooting 2 and 3 am loud noise people in the pool mantience dont fix nothing as far as work orders your not gonna get it I have been lied to by the office covering for each other I do my part as far as my contract or my lease woodforest glen dont have to wait for rent because its in there office by the 31st of every month I would not reccomend a dog to live over there

un proffesional mantince wow things get fixed maybe two weeks after you request it i cant belive there open for bussiness

i have been a tenate here for about a year and a half ive had my apartment broken into in broad daylight and was told there was no way i was getting out of my lease the managment is very rude (i believe there racist but thats my opion)the maintanece people are horrible i even know one to be a know drug user this r the most horrible apartments to live in i would suggest if u need cheap living that bad move back home with your parents

I would advise anyone considering moving here to look else where. I have lived here since October and it has been a living nightmare. My apartment have been taken over by roaches and gnats. I am on the list for extermination every Tuesday but that does not seem to help. I can't wait until my lease is up because I am out. The prices where cheap and I like the location but you get what you pay for. If you don't mind sharing an apartment with roaches you might like living here. I really don't think that those types of living conditions are santiuary

Dont fall for the trick of low prices the community really sucks! There is always noise at night people with loud stereos blaring. I never felt good about leaving my house, becasue there was always someone watching.
