MY COUSIN LIVES HERE AND I HATE WHEN I VIST HER LOTS OF NOISE,NEVER ENOUGH PARKING SPOTS,HER HOME CONTINUES TO HAVE ROACHES EVEN WHEN THEY SPRAY MAINTENCE NEVER COMPLY TO YOUR NEEDS,POOL IS TOO SMALL,

all the comments that are on here are not true! they are friendly, and the maintenance is very good at what they do,and everytime I call they where right there! Never had any bugs in the apartment if I did they always took care of it !

I lived in these apartments for 2 years. They never posted rent on time, and they locked people out of their homes until they found where they posted the money. The maintenance was horrible, and there was no security! I am still fighting 2 evictions that never happened. According to their records, I was evicted twice in one year for non-payment when I paid every month. The second eviction was after I was out of the apartment for 60 days, and I turned in a 30 day notice 30 days prior to my leaving as well as paid a maid service to come clean the carpet and walls! Nothing ever worked, and the police were there at least 3 times a day!

My husband and I lived here for one year and it was horrible. We had roaches really bad.... Mold in the bathroom that never ever got better even after it had been fixed. People are always partying and drinking in the parking lots. Police would chase people in the complex. Very Noisy... Pool was dirty. Gates never worked. Our truck got damaged..... The laundry rooms are nasty.... Do not move here.... bad place to live... one of the worst places i have ever lived.....

We were looking to move into a larger place rather quickly. But the office workers promised the apartments were safe and visually appealing. We knew that they had been affected by Tropical Storm Allison. We were told that the property had been newly renovated. After moving in, we found that everything we had been told was false. People frequently hang out on the property. Rarely, do I feel safe. I've had to flag down police men driving down the street to escort me onto the site. There have been high speed police chases through the complex. When I attempted to report the lousy office staff to the management company, they were even worse! The access gate never works the way it should. It has even damaged my vehicle.
