It is fantastic living at the Southmore. The building, my apartment, the staff — are all wonderful. So is the area’s walkability, green space, the arts, and more! If you’re in the market for a new home, I highly recommend taking a peek!

Very nice facility. Valet service, 24/7 concierge, professional staff. Everyone here is very respectful and nice. You can count on maintenance to resolve your issues within the day if you have anything go wrong.

It was one of the best decisions to move here. The service exceeds beyond our expectation. Everyone is very professional, approachable and client-centered. The move-in process was flawless. The apartment as a whole is well-maintained. The amenities are fantastic. This place is exceptional!

The complex has a lot of nice parts like the amenities and the neighborhood. Some issues with the water and elevator though which can be an issue at times. Otherwise the noise level is good and there is some comfort
