It is a nice community and I feel safe living here. The amenities seem to either be under construction or closed frequently which is not good. If I pay for the amenities then I want to use them. I do love living here though.

I have lived here since they first opened. I have changed apartments to a little bigger one and I love the location as well as how great the staff is. They take care of any problems I may have as soon as possible. The location is great. Near everything I do I would recommend estates at bellaire. In fact, during Harvey my daughter- family of 5 and a dog lived there and years ago my son lived there

This is a nice place to live. It is safe, secure and you can be as involved in the community as you like. People are friendly here. The grounds are clean, the living areas are well kept and up to date. Service issues are resolved immediately by an expert maintenance crew. I have lived here for several years and am satisfied with the environment and townhome where I reside.

The Estate at Bellaire is a nice apartment to live in, and the apartment has its own positives and negatives. The location, cleanliness, and apartment layouts are positives while the old amenities are negatives. Overall, I like living here.
