Estates of Bellaire is a quiet but quaint community that is conveniently located. It offers a plethora of high-tech immensities while retaining a small community feel. The management staff, who are extremely friendly, further establishes this atmosphere to its residents and visitors alike.

I just moved in November 2021. So far everything has been great and we are very pleased with this Apartment complex. We had already put in 2 maintenance requests and the staff here have taken care of the matter within 24 hours.

Estates at Bellaire are fine apartments that come well equipped with plenty of parking, great amenities and an even better staff ! I definitely would recommend anyone to stay here you wont regret it. I believe this is one place you can truly call home once youre settled in. Its very accessible from major highways and great schools are located nearby . You have plenty of store options around ranging from big to small !

Relatively quiet community. Everyone is polite, respectful and friendly. I gave enjoyed my time living here and would recommend the apartment complex to friends. The apartment could use a few updates but nothing too big.

My experience has been stellar so far! Maintenance is great and staff has been helpful. Apartments are safe and comfortable! I would definitely recommend! Central location is also helpful. Everything has been clean and quiet.

I like it here. My experience has been good. My upstairs neighbors are a bit loud sometimes. I wish there were thicker walls. I wish we could have the movie theater back over the package room. I wish there was an adult swim hour where there were no kids. And more pizza parties

I've lived at Estates of Bellaire for 3 years this summer. The first time I came the lady who worked in the office was great. I've never had an issue with anything living here. It's a nice, quiet place to live. Pool is great, people are friendly and mantience is super fast!

The leasing professional, Alicia, was amazing and super helpful. Gilly with the Facilities team came by this morning and corrected the items listed on the unit condition form and was super friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you, Estates of Bellaire team for the wonderful move-in experience!

Overall, Im happy with my experience. My neighbors can be a little much sometimes with the early screaming/crying children and slamming of their door, but I understand thats what comes with living in an apartment. The staff is always professional, polite and courteous.

I called and spoke to the office personnel because my garage door opener wasn't working. We tried replacing the battery and that didn't work. The maintenance guys came right over, discovered that the actual equipment in the garage had burned out and were able to replace it on the spot. Very happy to have a working remote again. A+ service as always.
