The oaks of ashford point staff lie to you to enable towing to happen. They will inform you in the beginning that as long as you have a reserved spot you can park anywhere, and then after your car gets towed they will say that you have to have a certain reserved spot designated specifically to your tag. Then they say your friends can park anywhere that has no reserved spots, and once your car gets towed they'll say it's only places with yellow lines you can park at. Which they then will say it states that on the front gate which is fully open 24/7 so you never look at it straight on. The staff and the towing company work together in an illegal way where they lie to enforce more towing to occur and both get money out of the situation. This place is basically a load of crap illegal dealings.

Terrible complex to live in. We stay in one of the front buildings and the noisy traffic affects the tv signal which causes pixelating and annoying pausing on every channel, but the ridiculous cost of everything is the real issue here. I was willing to accept the high rent, but $10 for trash pickup that we have to walk across the complex to get to, $15 for a parking space because the lot size can't accommodate for the number of residents, $1.50 for pest control THAT WE DON'T EVEN USE, crazy high water bills, AND a rent fee because they don't accept money orders has gotten me completely fed up with this place. Way too expensive for this old, dingy-colored apartment. We are out of here when the lease is up. Avoid Oaks of Ashford Point at all costs!

One thing though the parking is horrible here there's never any spaces well visitor spaces to park at .

I absolutely hate these apartments. I have a horrible cock roach problem under my bathroom sink I found over 20 dead roaches over a 3 day period. I've had several problems from day one and the management is poor. I will be breaking my lease because I've complained and I cannot live here any longer I will be reporting them to the health department and I've already contacted my attorney. If you know what's best don't move here.

By far the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. If you want a place where it takes forever for a maintenance request,unprofessional management and noisy neighbors and not to mention drug activity in the surrounding area....this is the place for you enjoy!!

I live here now and we never know who our manager will be. Pot hole after pot hole.They said they were going to fix them. They patched it to shut us up. They use to be ok. Do anyone know if they are trying to go all housing?

ADVERTENCIA: este lugar es Muy peligroso para vivir siempre hay robos adentro de la propiedad,balazos, peleas, robos de llantas de autos mal manejo de parte de maintenance y managers de la propiedad no lo recomiendo yo vivi aqui 9 meses y tuve que romper mi contrato Por que me quisieron robar me tiraron la puerta de mi apartamento y ESo que eran las 11 am

Whatever they quote you for rent add 75-80 on top of that. New management company Lynd Company ant there water bill charger are the highest i have ever seen in my history of renting apartments!!!!!!!!!!!!! that is for the 2 bedroom so i cant imagine what the 3 bedroom apartment renters were charged for water.

The apartments are quite, but lack just about everything. The pool has not opened at all for the summer yet we see maintenance clean it? There pot holes all over. The biggest issue is the manager, i saw a few other comments about it already and let me tell you they are true Peggy is a horrible Manager. She is just plain Evil, and evil does not belong in a place of business. We all pay our rent and we are the reason she has a job, always ASSUMING and looking onto us like we are beneath her. I would really like to have some type of contact with a higher personal concerning her if anybody has that information please leave it in a comment below. Someone hired her so im sure there is a higher personnel. Sincerely A tenant that feels very unappreciated in her crappy apartment. And i saw a comment about having issues with her calling in a problem well that is true too, if Gloria picks up its not an issue but if Peggy picks up its like you just ruined her day by bothering her from whatever it is she is doing because dealing with tenants concerns is not her job.

The first night I moved in someone tried to break in through the bedroom window. I somehow managed to scare them off. I went to the office to try to anul my lease and they would not allow it. The roaches dont go away inspite of supposed pest control sprays. Iwas always at work when they said they came. And there is no where to park at night.If you are not a single mom of a small child like me then it may not be so awful for you. The office staff is nice and the maintenance is timely. However I have not slept well or felt safe in a year. I will be moving, happily.
