Staff is different and all do not seem happy like before. No more friendly smiling faces residents Iare used to. We miss how it used to be Tiffany made it feel like home. It’s not the same as it was the first couple of years. It’s a shame. Didn’t want to renew for this. We made decision to move to another hanover.

From the moment I walked through the doors, I was taken aback! This building is so beautiful and the staff is so welcoming and kind. I was greeted by Tiffany who happens to be the property manager which is rare to find these days!

Tiffany Lam has been so great to work with throughout our move. We are happy to live here and the maintenance staff is great too. Edgar and Rolan responds very fast to any maintenance we need fix. Very satisfied. We just signed another 12 mths and couldn't be happier. With the restaurants and shopping finally opening up, it's nice to walk around in the evening for a stroll and to get a quick bite.

If i could give tiffany more than 5 stars, I would because she deserves it. This just happened: I was locked outside of the building because I lost my keys. I called the maintenance emergency, and they were going to be here within 1 hour and I was fine with waiting. Within only 5 minutes of waiting, Tiffany called me and met me downstairs to get me a new key set and it's 8pm on Sunday. This is just one of the many things she does to go above and beyond for this building. THANK YOU TIFF

Building is beautiful and clean. Even though they did not have a 1 bedroom with what I needed, I wanted to let Tiffany know she was great throughout my visit. Very pleased with her customer service. Will definitely recommend her and this complex.
