Sync Med Center offers a very easy and fast process to renting. Gustavo was very helpful to showing us 2 different options in apartments so we could make sure we were getting the right one for our family and pet. Pets are very welcome in this Community.

I have been dealing with a severe roach infestation in my unit since I moved in this past August, and despite repeated reports and follow-ups, management has failed to resolve the issue. This is not a minor inconvenience?it is a serious habitability and health concern. The infestation has escalated to the point where I am now finding roaches inside my refrigerator. Pest control efforts have been minimal and ineffective, and management has been largely unresponsive. I want to be very clear: I am not responsible for this infestation. I maintain a clean apartment, take my trash out daily (I live next to the trash chute), do not leave dishes in the sink, and have even switched to disposable dishware to eliminate any possible food source. Despite these efforts, the problem persists, indicating a larger building-level issue that is not being properly addressed. This situation has rendered my apartment uninhabitable. I have had to temporarily rehome my cat due to safety concerns and am currently staying elsewhere because I cannot live in these conditions. Meanwhile, I am still being charged full rent. At this point, this matter goes beyond poor service and raises serious concerns regarding the property's compliance with basic habitability standards. If this issue is not resolved immediately with a comprehensive and effective solution, I will be escalating this situation further, including filing formal complaints with the local health department and pursuing all available remedies under tenant protection laws. I have consistently fulfilled my responsibilities as a tenant. It is unacceptable that management has not upheld theirs. Prospective tenants should strongly consider how ongoing health and safety issues are handled here before signing a lease.

So far so good. Roaches and bugs are a big problem and we pay a fee to exterminate the bugs but the problem still exists. The parking garage has a bad order from the garbage area. The garbage area sometimes have rodents around the garbage.

I love the maintenance staff, they're super friendly and are always working on cleaning/repairs. There is always going to be bad neighbors who don't clean up after themselves but the staff tries really hard to keep the place clean. I appreciate it!

The community here was very welcoming!! I had such a great experience working with the front office as well. Overall the move-in process went by smoothly. In addition, the apartment itself was in good condition.

When we went and toured the apartments the staff was really friendly and welcoming. They offered us beverages and snacks. Gustavo was really helpful and professional, we enjoyed taking the time out and visiting.

SYNC is a a really great location and the Texas Medical Center. It is a really great, safe, and clean apartment complex. By far my favorite apartment that I've lived in Texas. There are rare instances of noise from some neighbors, but never anything too bad.

The property needs some updated security systems and the doors are too easy to get into. The property management needs to enforce rules around the property as well. The property can use some more community activities!

SYNC Med Center is a great community. The amenities are fancy and curated and the staff is kind and professional. I moved here in October and found a valuable home for me and my colleagues. The house is well designed and comfortable.
