The Cabochon has Excellent staff and Management. I have lived here for almost 20 years. It keeps getting better! It has been truly great to live here. The location is the best in the city. We highly recommend the Cabochon to anyone interested in living in Houston inside the loop

I felt safe in this community building , but after COVID they open to specials and the new residents started to be more noisy and bring friends to the building and smell some areas like mariguana . Is a comfortable building and hope they can be more selective in the future for new residents.

The community is great however I do wish the ventilation system was better. The location and the price is fantastic! I am able to be central to the city without too much traffic. Great community overall!

Great experience so far cant wait to renew. Hopefully theres a two bedroom available . The elevator is broken everynow and then but never for more than a few days. I wish my window would open abit more

Every apartment has its pros and cons. This is the only community, that Ive lived in, where the pros outweigh the cons, tremendously. I call it Cabo for short because of the overall appearance. The only reason I wont recommend it to others, is because I dont want them to know where I stay. Lol
