Everyone's friendly and it's a great location. You have access to all the amenities without a problem. It is also nice to have the grocery store walking distance. Easy access to the main highway as well.

Rey Guatzin the leasing specialist made my move-in process seamless! I chose this apartment site unseen from another state and he gave me a Facetime tour, had timely communication with me and was extremely helpful during my move-in AND post move-in. So far, I have been very happy w/ everything. My only "complaints" would be the dog park could be improved (currently just a small strip of turf), the closet in A6 floor plan is not super functional, the interior hallways often smell bad, and residents are completely disrespectful with the trash room. Other than those few things, this complex has far exceeded my expectations so far! Pool and gym are amazing!!

This is not like any other apartment I have ever lived in. This place is a home. I truly have a sense of community here. The amazing staff are friendly and work extremely hard to make this a community that is inclusive to all. Its always clean.

The staff here is wonderful! Extremely professional and kind, and also prepared with numbers and having already anticipated questions that may come up. They are very customer focused! You feel welcome and valued here from the moment you step in.

Honestly it's a great community. The leasing staff is extremely helpful and the maintenance staff is responsive and helpful. So far I've enjoyed living hear it's quiet, convenient to retail and restaurants.

I enjoy everything about this community. The staff is kind, they put forth a lot of effort to keep it clean, maintenance is prompt, and the amenities are awesome. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a resort feel to their home life.

I have only lived here for 4 days but you can just tell how well the property management and leasing staff take care of the building. It smells clean and looks elegant. The location is perfect because it's close to where I work and it's driving distance from great restaurants and bars.

I've lived here a couple of weeks now and I'm happy with everything. Maintenance is on point and helpful. The staff is very nice and helpful. The gym equipment can be a little dirty, but nothing unbearable. Trash collection is great as well. The hallways are pretty clean and it's not loud.

I have enjoyed this community so far, the access to nearby places is impeccable and you have direct access to I10. Very convenient location in Houston, and love the trail located directly behind the complex. The staff are welcoming and delivery of packages is prompt. My only concern is the theft in our parking garage and patio areas. It's really bad. Hoping they improve security around the complex and within the parking garage.
