So far so good. The apartment was very clean and worked properly when moved in. The public spaces are very well kept and the maintenance team has been easy to contact so far. In a great and centralclocation

S?per friendly, not overbearing staff. Everyone in the community seems to be private yet social. The amenities are very nice and we use them daily. The garage opens quickly and parking is very reasonable. The common areas are kept very clean and valet trash is super convenient. It's close to the walking trail, and very pet friendly. I wish the dog park was bigger but other than that I love this place. It feels like home honestly.

This apartment is clean and the amenities are amazing! Upon move in, my place was spotless. I am very satisfied with the service and kindness of the staff. I definitely recommend this apartment complex.

This apartment is pretty great. I've had a few maintenance issues in the past few months, but nothing that doesn't get solved quickly. And maintenance has always been great with giving me a call to explain the situation and let me know what they've done to resolve. The only thing I'll complain about is the common areas in by the pool. The cabanas and tables...my understanding was that you COULD reserve them if you wanted to, but if they weren't reserved the areas were first come, first serve. I'm willing to risk first come, first serve, because the price to reserve those areas is a little bit ridiculous. I had some friends gather for my birthday, and was "scolded" about how the area I was using was supposed to be reserved and to make sure my friends that I had over were respectful of the areas in use. I felt some type of way about it because I did feel like I was being targeted. Nothing was told to the other party that showed up and took over one of the other cabana areas. Just a small thing that I let go, but it was just super annoying.

The apartment was in great condition when I first moved in and Jacqulyn has been great from the very beginning. She was very helpful and has been very responsive and easy to work with. This also goes for the rest of the staff.
