I toured this property and I was speechless. When you walk in, it feels like a hotel and the staff greeted me very quickly and were friendly. They have so many amenities, it felt like it was never ending. The speakeasy was a nice touch and I enjoyed learning that they do resident events there.

27Seventy Lower Heights is a fantastic place to live! The staff is friendly, maintenance is quick, and the amenities are top notch. The fitness center has the essentials to be able to utilize it daily. The community is safe and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Great community and amenities. Staff was very nice showing me the apartment and the building. Amazing experience and appearance of the areas. Great parking even for visitors. Good location with key stores nearby.

The staff members are very friendly and helpful. The apartment complex is very clean and modern. The amenities are very nice the gym is one of my favorite things about this apartment. The community is very quiet and well kept.

best staff ever for luxury apartments in Houston! they accommodated ALL needs quickly! they are so flexible when they are aware of your work and home life issues ! they wanted each resident to feel respected and safe . they have done so much work behind the scenes to accommodate people from all cultures ! We LOVE the team here ! reminds me of my home team in Dallas same company runs both and you all know how to get younger ones trained YOU ARE so helpful !

I am a new resident and everything has been smooth so far! Easy move-in and friendly staff, as well as nice amenities like the pool. I have met a lot of residents who have been here for a few years and have great things to say about the community.

Nice community, good presentation, close distance to a lot of stories and popular areas. A bit of a noise issue but within the building but overall good place to live. I've had a good experience this far.

So far I've had a great experience living here. The gym is awesome and is rarely packed, kept clean. The property does a wonderful job making sure the amenities are well kept as well. I really don't have any issues. I feel safe coming home at night and everyone here is super friendly! My upstairs neighbors are bit loud sometimes but hey, that's apartment living! Could be worst :)

So far, I really love the apartment. The amenities are incredible and the staff is super kind + helpful. The apartment itself is beautiful. I'm still in the process of moving in but I cannot wait until I do.
