WARNING. THIS PLACE IS A TRAP. They tell you upgraded units and say they are here for you but as soon as you sign the lease all the promises and everything CWS stands for goes out the window and everyone in the front office DOES NOT CARE about their tenants or even the property they run My move in day comes around and everything that was promised goes out the window and WHO doesn't consider in Texas not having an AC an emergency? They expected me to stay at the unit with the unit half cleaned not even freshly painted with roaches and garbage disposal not working and half the switches not working and the assistant maintenance director ---- told us you will have to wait to get it fixed not even offer a standing ac unit or anything. To fend for ourselves. Well long story short, they knew it was their fault and they were wrong but we're quick to tell us they don't was us in the property and for us to leave with a full refund... THE BEST decision was ---- the manager suggested for us to get out, pack up and leave within 2 days. Well, as you know packing and dismantling alone takes about 2 days not to mention looking for a new place to live. We found the marquette at piney Pointe.. they are so much better and cheaper than the marquis on westheimer with spacious units and granite in the kitchen and so impeccable. THANK YOU, ---- for your inconsistency and disservice that pushed us out of a horrible place and found our home just across the street. Oh, don't expect ---- the assistant manager to handle anything for you without having to spend time calling his manager for approval for any little thing. An assistant manager should be an extension of the manager of the property not act like another employee. In short: Stay away from this property or any CWS Management communities. Save yourself the trouble. You will thank me later.

I have lived here for more than a year, apartments are nice but my water bills are always high and it is always inconsistent. I have reported several times to the management but they have not given proper explanation for the high water bill. They just care about the money, not about resident.

I've lived in this complex for about 3 years and I have to say it is a wonderful place to call home. The staff at the office are always helpful and kind. The apartments are beautiful and the maintenance for the grounds are unmatched. Maintenance services for the apartment happen quickly and efficiently. The area is quiet and close to many necessity stores (grocery, cvs, gun range, Starbucks, etc). The one gripe I do have it the garbage area, you bring your garbage to the dumpsters yourself which becomes a hunger games throw back when there are raccoons. I hate throwing out the garbage after dark. Aside from that I love it here, and plan to stay for as long as I can. Overall, this complex is perfect for young working families that want a quiet and safe place to call home.

Overall, I have really enjoyed living here. I have been here for over 10 years now so I have seen a lot of changes take place with staff and residents. The location is great for my work and my activities. The staff is ALWAYS very friendly! I think if I had any complaints it would be that they have developed a property transient residents. No one stays very long anymore, so no one cares. It shows in the way residents have no pride in the places where they live. I understand "market rate" and how all of that works because I have taken property management classes. But, what I don't understand is how you can justify raising my rent at every renewal when I am still living in exactly the same apartment I moved into in 2005 with 0 upgrades. This has really puzzled me...
