The staff in the office are always very helpful. I have lived here for 3 years. It is a very quiet community. Pet friendly, beautifully kept grounds. Covered reserved parking spot. Crown molding, black appliances.

Love this Place, near by the convenient stores, 5 minutes away from the Galleria mall. The property is clean, there is always a security Officer name Jose he's very professional. The Management staff are Brilliant and very Helpful Zoey, Dian. Jose and Maria. ????

Zoey and Diana are very helpful, they're very kind and attentive to their residents. The property manager is always working hard to maintain great relationships for his residents. Overall I like living here, and enjoy coming by the office.

Quiet and sustainable.. I enjoy living here. I moved here from out of state and Rey made sure my apartment was ready. The office staff was very nice and patient with my process. I would def recommend.

I LOVE MY COMMUNITY BECAUSE ITS BEEN MY HOME FOR MORE THAN 8 YEARS AND I HAD BEEN ABSOLUTELY HAPPY HERE, THE OFFICE STAFF IS JUST INCREDIBLE THE MANAGER JOSE LOPEZ GOES FAR END BEYOND TO MAKE US AT HOME.

Initially when we moved in, we loved the place. But recently we've heard of 2 break-ins in past three months that make us feel unsafe & insecure about the community. Unfortunately the leasing office is not taking any actions to avoid any more break-ins eg. adding security cameras - the main reason we're moving out. Rest, great location at a good price, good parking management & friendly staff.

Since i live here, it has been peace and quiet. The office staff is extremely helpful, and maintenance do their job. They keep the grounds reasonably cleaned. Price is not that bad either. There are enough pet stations for my two dogs, and visitor parking is always available.

I like Marquis on Westheimer. It is a nice place to live at! I have a 2x1 and it works for me perfectly. When I have my kids, they have the space for them and everything else works great with my furniture lay out. Its conveniently accessible to everything, Katy to the West, Galleria to the East, Sugarland south, and everything else in between. Its only 20 minutes away from my job. And that means alot! My kids like it! Their pool is very clean and a great place to be at. The grounds are always kept. I cant really blame office staff for individual residents NOT being clean, so please people, be somewhat proud of where you come home to. The office staff is great! Autumn is always on her game and you would think she is the manager, given her knowledge and expertise and ability to take ownership of a problem. Jose is warm and always has his door open to hearing you out. Christina, the new manager is a blessing! She actually puts time to her you out and will take the time to write out your concerns! This really is a nice place to come home to.

I have lived here for two years. I love it. I was offered an upgraded apartment when seeking to move and the Complex manager made sure that she took good care of me. The office staff is amazing. I generally work with Autumn when I'm inside of the building. She's very sweet, kind, and patient and makes sure that she goes above and beyond for the tenants. Jose is awesome as well, he makes sure that he handles everything in an orderly fashion. Dunie is the apartment manager and she is very engaged with the individuals that come inside. Her and the team make sure that there are tons of activities to do here on the property to make living fun. Please check out the apartment complex! They won't let you down! Los

I am living in this apartments since from 3 years and again we have renewed it for next year too.The apartments are nice and the maintenance services for the apartment happen quickly and efficiently.The staff (Duni,Jose) are really helpful/patient enough and were able to help us in getting the good price for lease renewal. Though there is some problem with roaches and the pest control team is actively working on it. Apart from that it is wonderful place to call home.So i plan to stay for as long as i can.
