I have had a fantastic experience with the entire team at Marquis on Westheimer since day one. I could not recommend them enough! The team is extremely dedicated, kind, and detail-oriented. The office/maintenance crew is always available to address any concerns you may have; this was not something I had experienced in previous properties. I appreciate their efforts to make this community a peaceful place to live.

All 4 of my husband’s tires were stolen. The security guy saw a suspicious vehicle the night before, failed to report it. Imagine that! And said that even if he saw them carrying out the nefarious act there’s nothing he could have done. The most annoying thing was the fact that the leasing office did absolutely nothing about the situation. saying it could happen to anyone and they specifically stated there’s nothing that they could do and that’s why we have insurance for situations like this and that if we didn’t feel comfortable parking our car in the compound we should park elsewhere. Barely 2 weeks after the incident while we were trying to get the car fixed we got a call from the leasing office that they would tow my husband’s car if we don’t get it fixed. The leasing associates are rude, no iota of empathy and have the worst customer service skills ever. Although our request to move out without penalty was rejected. We are moving out. So many security isssues have happened in the 4mos we have been here.WORST APARTMENT EXPERIENCE EVER! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE IF YOU CAN. BECAUSE THERE HAVE BEEN WORSE EXPERIENCES IN THAT APARTMENT.

This place has really improved recently. I’ve lived here for quiet a few years and although management has had a turnover of employees over the last few years, this particular team from both the leasing office and the maintenance has really stepped up. The newly added manager Daniel is so easy to communicate with. He is quick to resolve issues that we’ve come across and where unresolved prior to him being there. The assistant Diana, I believe is the only one left that’s been there a bit longer, can be hard to talk to, so I just redirect myself to Kassandra or ask to speak to Daniel. The maintenance staff has really been more accessible and actually completed a work order I put in. I do think maybe a better groundskeeping team could be put in place perhaps, I know there can be a lot of debris that flies and of course the maintenance staff have more urgent matters. Recently a patrol system has been put in place as well as security cameras and it really provides that added safety measure. A lot of beautifying and updates to the property have been made that I’ve noticed like the painting of curbs and all the speed bumps which really provides cars to see and slow down with us that have children in the parking lot area. The pool is actually currently closed and I see they’re doing some really nice updates which were so needed and I’m glad they’re giving our only pool attention for us that enjoy it in the summer. Overall I really have seen a turn around here and am so beyond happy. My lease is coming up to be renewed and I will for sure be renewing it. The prices are just incomparable for the quality of apartment we have Sure some updates within our units would be nice but I’m sure that’ll come soon as styles are changing. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! The events being out on for us residents are amazing and I’ve gotten to know other neighbors which I hadn’t before. More of these socials are needed to build our community! Love Marquis on Westheimer!

Hello, Before selecting to review this complex, I am urging you to do your homework. I have lived at this complex for nearly 2.5 years. So far, they have been very slow to fix things (such as AC/Heating, leaks, etc). I was also charged a month-to-month fee after someone in the leasing office told me that I could still submit my lease renewal on 1/21. Now, on 1/31, I received a call stating that the lease that I signed is not valid because the property manager never signed. Why they waited until now to say anything does not sit well. My car has also been towed while on the property. Keep in mind I am and was a leasing holding resident at the time. I have filed a complaint with a couple of agencies. I warn you, do not sign a lease with them.
