I have been living at this property for over three years now. I am happy with the office staff?they are very friendly?and the maintenance is perfect; there are just a few things they haven't paid attention to, which I've been mentioning since last year?specifically, replacing the burnt-out lightbulbs in the parking area. They should repair the parking lots and speak with the parents, as there are many children playing in the parking areas, in order to prevent an accident.

At the edge of a sun-warmed parking lot in Houston is Sunblossom at Woodlake Apartments where David, Victor, and Lilly work their magic. They are expert level maintenance technicians. When something breaks they arrive quick and certain. David is a diagnostician. He can listen to your broken appliance and know what the problem is in seconds. One clank and he is already reaching for the right tool in his toolbox that he keeps organized with the precision of a chessboard. If a call comes in about a broken pipe, Victor is already halfway there, quick & efficient and fixing it right the first time. Lilly approaches problems like puzzles calculated & precise always explaining clearly what the problem is and how she's gonna fix it.

I feel very good in this community. I really like the apartment I live in, it is spacious and comfortable. In general, the services, the office staff, as well as the neighbors are very good. I recommend this community frequently.

Poor maintenance and service. The filthiest place I have lived at. No action in 10 days despite repeated complaints. It has cockroaches, insects. Literally every corner of the house is dirty. Dryer came with dirt and I still can't use it

SunBlossom is a very nice apartment complex to live in. Amenities are delightful there is a gym and two swimming pools. Office staff are super nice and maintenance is always fast. Neighbors are nice and the location is perfect.

My husband I decided on Sunblossom at Woodlake for so many reasons - first, the space provided in their apartments for the base rent especially in that area was unbeatable. It's a small complex with beautiful grounds. The apartment we went with was 1200 sq ft in space for roughly $600 less a month than where we have been looking. We were willing to compromise on some things that we don't prioritize, ie granite countertops, hardwood floors or resort style pools. We prioritize saving money and tons of space to work from home and actually enjoy our home.

To be honest, I don't feel like my repair requests are honored or always fixed to completion because a few times repairs have been left not finished as if they needed to move on to someone else because I am not that important. Anyway, for the most part it has not affected my self-esteem. I like the location of the apartments and neighbors are nice but not giving credit where it's not due.

What I can say since I moved here is that everything has been excellent for me... it's a very quiet apartment complex, the neighbors are excellent, and the office staff is very friendly from the moment you walk in. And not to mention the maintenance, which is very efficient and respectful. Every time I've submitted a work order, they've resolved it quickly, always with courtesy and respect.
