I am a current resident at Old Farm Apartments and feel compelled to share a deeply disappointing experience that prospective tenants should be aware of. On June 30th, our unit sustained significant water damage due to a burst pipe in the apartment above us. The flooding affected our kitchen, hallway, ceilings, electrical outlets, and floor coverings. We immediately reported the issue and have since sent three formal emails over the past 22 days—all of which have gone completely unanswered. We are a family with a young child and a pregnant woman, currently living in unsafe and uncomfortable conditions. The kitchen and hall remain unusable, and the carpet padding was removed by the repair team, making it difficult and painful to walk in certain areas of the home. To make matters worse, we're running multiple fans continuously, which will result in higher electricity bills. Despite our repeated and reasonable requests, there has been no communication from management, no timeline for repairs, no temporary housing offered, and no discussion of rent adjustment or compensation. This lack of basic professionalism and tenant care is unacceptable. If you’re considering moving here, please know that responsiveness, accountability, and tenant well-being do not appear to be a priority for this management team.

Unfortunately, the building has declined over the years (despite some efforts to improve), but the management's services fall short in many areas. For example, they charge $65 a month for unreliable internet, which forces me to pay for a separate, more affordable service to work from home without constant disruptions. They also charge $40 a month for trash pickup—something I could easily manage myself—but they refuse to remove it from the lease agreement. It feels like they’re more interested in profit than providing quality service. They stop giving you courtesy services such as cleaning your carpet or touching up the paint when you renew your lease. Whether it’s an internet outage, a hurricane, or a personal crisis, you're treated as just another rent check to them.

Horrible place to live, then when u move out they allocate all these charges that have already been paid for over 5 months!! If u love paying almost $200 for a 1 bedroom then move in. Gate is always broke, staff is rude, and so much more!!!! Please rats/mice run around late at night in the air ducts which is a human Hazzard and very sick!!!!

This is the worst apartment complex to work with. First off they have a PAID trash pick up service so trash is always sitting outside the doors. So nasty. Second they never answer questions or service calls. Now we’ve moved out and left everything better than it was when we moved in and no one will answer us about the deposit. It’s been 3 months. One person at the cooperate company responded to an email saying check was in the mail the next day but it wasn’t. All other emails have gone unanswered. No one can help you always need to leave a message for them to talk to someone else. Unless you don’t want your deposit back don’t move here !!! Oh and don’t consider the community gated because the gates never work

I am not saying that this is a bad apartment complex but our unit is definitely not worth the price it was being raised to which is one of the reasons we did not renew our lease. Understandable that maintenance is very short staff at the moment, however when your case gets assigned to someone and then they end up leaving, management doesn’t look at that or reassign the case until AFTER you have to go into the office. All of our fixes were very minor maybe taking 5-20 minutes at most. It took us up to almost a month with at one point no dryer and then changing the batteries on the automatic lock that we did not personally have the tools for to fix ourselves, or else we would have. The amenities in the apartment are old and extremely run down which is not even worth the price they are asking for. Don’t even get me started on the downstairs neighbors who blasted their music so loud that you could feel the vibrations through the floor of their bass system. I am all about having a great time but I also like to enjoy my Sundays where I don’t have to listen to music through the floor for multiple hours on end. Asked them multiple times to stop and management doesn’t do anything. The gates were broken for most of the time we lived here, which led to causing one of our cars getting broken into. The issues we have had with Old Farm is just not worth it and I am extremely glad to be moving out. Save your money and find better.

I moved here a month ago had some issues in the apartment but nothing that couldn't be fixed it is a safe environment and the staff members are very nice people they are short on staff and maintenance but they are trying their best the only person I had an issue with is karla she gave me an extremely hard time over the phone my first month moving in I wasn't being able to pay online because the website was down somehow under my name and I was talking to her I asked her to speak with mrs. Ruth since you wasn't able to help me with anything at all she said Ruth won't answer your call and then she immediately hang up on me and transfer me to a different line as I was still talking I don't have any problems with her at all but I feel like she takes things personal so that makes her very unprofessional so I did go to the office and spoke to mrs. Ruth and she was able the fix the website for me with a snap of finger and not because she is the GM no but because she really wanted to help that's the difference,I also would like to give a lots of credit to Freddy A Sanchez he is one of the best maintenance I have ever seen truly very kind very patient extremely hard working man as he was working on my apartment I can tell that he is working from the heart even though he had to stay late 3 hours after the office closed and the other maintenance went home I want to say I truly appreciate his efforts and hard work.

Very nice community. Great location. They have nice amenities I cannot wait to use. My leasing agent, Luz made everything smooth for me. She was very sweet and helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone searching for a new home.

Nice wonderful community. The staff is great and pretty helpful. A lot of these reviews have very little truth to them. There is a process for everything and its difficult for some people in our society to comprehend that things take time and you can't have everything right now

Dirty, noisy, clear lack of professionalism. They mostly speak Spanish so don't try to talk to a maintenance person in English, they will claim to not understand. I think they do understand but are faking because they would rather ride golf carts and be on the phone than work. I can't wait to move out. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Everything went well my door is my concern the leasing agent Maria was very kind and professional and made my move in experience great. However I've explained my front door repeatedly to the residence office and they have not followed up with me about my front door.
