My Husband and I just moved in Woodside Village. The staff made us feel very welcome. Our apartment is beautiful. We have wood floors. No pest. I hate bugs. But, we don't have any. The neighbors seem really nice. I've lived in alot of apartments but Woodside Village is one of the few that our move and apartment all went so smooth. We just want to thank all of the staff for making us feel so welcome. We plan to stay her a few years until we build our house. I would tell anyone. Yes move to Woodside Village. I moved in about a year ago. I have wood floors. I really like my apartment. It's close to everything. As for the maintenance. If I need a repair they usually take care of it the same day. The office staff has always been really nice to me. I feel welcom when I go to the office. Other than that. I would say I recommend Woodside Village to anyone looking for a nice home. Thanks, Susan

I've lived here a while now. I have to say I was in the office today to pick up a package. I witnessed a resident going nuts on the manager. They gave a bad check and they were screaming profanity at her. So people if you think the manager is a loose canon. Lord I can see why. People are totally crazy. That poor girl. Anyway, I've lived here 2 years. I love my apartment. The maintenance responds quickly. The manager give her a break. She keeps the property really nice. Oh, I have wood too. It's beautiful. Not bad for the price. Great location.

I've been living here for a while, and I haven't had a terrible experience like other reviewers. I did have to solve my roach problem myself (although I was successful), and the parking situation is currently jacked, but it's a beautiful, spacious apartment with a balcony for a good price. My floors are wood laminate but you really can't tell it's laminate - it's beautiful. The community is quiet, people are respectful, and it feels safe enough to me - considering we are in the city, guys. Maintenance issues have been taken care of promptly. I won't live here forever, but I'll be here for at least a few years. The leasing office manager is a bit of a loose cannon, but I lay low and haven't had any problems. Remember - you get what you pay for, but I'd say this place is worth it for the price.

First of all, I would like to say I do not work at the office....lol I've lived at Woodside Village for 5 years now. I would like to add the the current Manager is probably the best person we've ever had here. My car has NEVER been broken into. And no one has pulled a knife on me except to hand me some of their BBQ from the pool...Ha!!! It's sad but I think people maybe get upset about the rules and such. They say things that just aren't true. But, that's cool because I know that for me Woodside Rocks. My Best To All of You!!!! Kevin Pitt..............That's right you know who I am....
