We originally had an apartment next to the pool and above the gym. We told the management that we were having issues with noise and they did everything they could to resolve it. Ultimately our final resolution was to move to a new apartment (at their suggestion). The whole process was amazing and they were very accommodating. We have always had great experience with the office and maintenance staff. Everyone is so friendly and always willing to help. I am happy to call Camden Midtown my home and can say with great confidence that this will be the last place I'll ever rent (meaning I won't ever leave until I purchase my own home). Thanks for the excellent service!

We moved here about 3 months ago and moved from Michigan. The whole process was done online but went very smooth. Chandler Selah was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure things went well. He was quick in answering emails, phone calls and all of the questions we had. He has even reached out to us to make sure everything is going well now that we have been here for a little while. He as well as everyone at Camden have made this transition extremely smooth and easy. I would highly recommend Camden Midtown as they have been great so far. The whole leasing office has been responsive and the community has been great.

3 months ago we up and left Michigan and moved to Houston. Not knowing anybody or anything about Houston at all. We found Camden Midtown Apartments and loved the location and everything about it. The process was very simple. Chandler Selah was insanely helpful during the whole process. He made sure all our questions were answered. Even after we moved in he made sure that we were doing okay and settled in okay. He went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. I highly recommend Camden Midtown apartments. Living here has been amazing, the leasing staff is always so welcoming and very helpful and the community as a whole has been awesome. We have loved every minute of living here

The staff at the Camden Midtown are great! They are extremely proactive and monitor a community website for resident concerns and reach out to address them. They follow-up to make sure your issues have been resolved. Service requests are easy to submit and are always addressed quickly. I have never lived at a complex with such attentive staff!

I've been in contact with Chandler since I was still in Dubai. He has been extremely helpful in helping me find the right apartment within my budget, answering all my questions in thorough detail and following up with me. My transition to Camden from another country was one of the smoothest experiences I've had (thanks to the team!). I really loved how everything in the community needs key access (helps me sleep better!).
