I know I have already written reviews about this place, but I can't say it enough, the level of service and care here is second to none. Maintenance requests are usually completed with in 24 hours, if they don't have to order a part (literally one of mine was done 2 hours after putting it in). They are always doing upkeep, repainting adding more gates for safety, etc. Although midtown might not be the safest, Ive never had a bad experience once I was inside the complex! Today I put in my termination notice since I am buying a house. The office team was so sweet and helped me through everything I needed to do and left no question unanswered. For them to offer the same level of service even as I am leaving is huge. I am so Impressed. I highly recommend this complex.

Camden Midtown has it all: incredibly convenient location, modern and well-maintained amenities, and responsive and caring staff. After living here for a year, I cannot recommend this apartment complex enough. My experience from living in many apartments in Houston is that no matter how cool the gym, pool, or area is, if the apartment staff is not responsive and empathetic to your resident needs, your life will be difficult. This is not at all the case at Camden Midtown. The staff (Brenda, Marcus, Orlando, Ariel) in particular are extremely passionate about what it means to be a Camden resident. Whether it's a happy hour or pool movie night event, or responding to a payment question, they are with you all throughout the way. I am truly appreciative to have been a resident of Camden Midtown and wish the staff all the best. The Camden Midtown staff embodies what it means to put the resident in the central focus of all decisions.

I've loved living at this Camden location as it's right in the middle of everything. The staff itself is what has really stand out to me the most. They have been very helpful since day one and continue to be hands on while I'm a resident - which is very hard to find nowadays. Marcus and Alex in the leasing office are excellent and extremely responsive. I wish every place I've lived in could have a staff like theirs.

Camden Midtown is the best place to live in Houston hands down. The staff are constantly working to improve the property's facilities and amenities around the clock. Rarely do things breakdown but if they do, their team members are there to fix them. I have to give a shout out to my favorite maintenance guy Edgar Gomez for always coming through for me as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you are looking for a place to call home in the heart of Midtown Houston then Camden Midtown in the place to be!

I just recently toured Camden Midtown, and I must say the community is really cool. It has two gyms that are 24/7 access and two pools too. I would like to also give a shout out to David.He has been very quick to respond to my emails and phone calls. He is very knowledgeable of what is in the area too.

We are a resident from the Philippines and Airiel Lacy, our leasing consultant accommodated us patiently and listened to our concerns attentively. We are very lucky to have a great consultant like her.

With the many choices of complexes in Midtown I have to say i was impressed with Camden Midtown. I toured with Marcus, he along with everyone I came into contact with were so friendly and inviting. The apartments definitely have a homey feel and love that cable and WiFi is included. Looking to make a decision soon, but Camden Midtown has amazing customer service/energy which speaks volumes! Come see them!!!

I love camden midtown! Location is walking dist to plenty of restaurants/ nightlife & easy access to I-10. Pool and gyms are beautiful, and David has been a friendly contact for help with maintenance.

Huge Thanks to David for putting my package inside my apartment while I was on vacation. The office staff and maintenance staff have always been so helpful and on top of everything. My maintenance requests are always answered same day and usually within a couple hours of the request. The only take offs I gave on my ranking were noise, grounds and safety. It can be very noisy on a Friday or Saturday night because of the bars closing, the grounds always look incredible but the only complaint that I have is that people don't clean up after there pets. Safety is an issue because of location. I don't think the gates we have are the most effective with keeping out people who shouldn't be here. Overall my experience here has been extremely positive and the staff has made it this way. :) Thank you!

We have been at Camden for a week now after moving from Arizona and we absolutely love it! Our apartment is perfect, very up to date and fabulous living conditions. The scenery is beautiful and the location is PERFECT! We seriously couldn't have asked for a better apartment during our stay here in Houston. Since we were moving from Arizona, we were slightly worried that the process would be difficult but it was beyond easy! Suzanne, the Assistant Manager, was so helpful and sent us all of the forms before hand so when we arrived we only had a few short documents to sign in person and then we got our keys and moved right in. The staff here made it so easy, so if you're thinking about moving from out of town- this is your place!!! Upon arrival at our unit, we had a sweet welcome gift with some household necessities and even a couple toys for my cat which was so thoughtful! We love it here at Camden already and are so happy to be apart of this community.
