The walls are SO THIN. It’s always loud. I can hear my upstairs neighbor walking all the time, throwing a ball to his dog, and I can hear my direct neighbor talking on the phone. It’s not a very private place to live. Just be ready

So Far so well - no complaints. Overall enjoying my stay so far, as it seems like a community of good people and the property itself is well kept. Im enjoying the location of it the most as it has all necessities in a short distance.

I do not like to leave comments. I would appreciate being able to rate things without having to type out responses, This type of forced feedback crates a situation where people will either skip or decide to leave something negative.

I moved in about 6 months ago and have really enjoyed the area the amenities in the building. The pools upstairs and downstairs are great ways to meet residents along with all the events the building puts together for us. The view upstairs is incredible and really reminds you how beautiful the city is.

The living space is definitely large. We have huge windows and huge closets, and everything is very high quality. The amenities are great, too, and everyone we have met here is very nice and friendly. The trash service is also a great plus!

Amazing building with first class amenities in a great location! The sky deck is great for lounging with amazing city views and the gym has everything you need for a real workout. The building is well maintained and the surrounding neighborhood has fantastic food and entertainment options.

This community is amazing! I plan to be here for a long time. Jianni, Vivian and David are great. They made every part of the process a breeze. I would recommend this community to anyone! If you’re questioning moving here, it’s definitely a great idea. I wouldn’t change anything about this community. Everything is 10 out of 10!

My experience was average. I was not blown away, and the rent is high compared to other apts in the area. Cars are broken into often. The location is great. I was close to a lot of things. But it just was not a clean building.

Huge safety issue there is absolutely no towing enforcement in the garage so theres always cars parked that are not registered with the complex and also weekly break ins it seems, The staff is nice and the maintenance staff specifically is amazing but the management makes no effort to make the building safer.

I have loved Art House since the moment I first walked in! Such an amazing ambience with a great staff. I am a new resident here and I’m looking forward to the next 12 months of living at this community!
