I like living here! I just wish the hallways were redone and the pool was cleaned more often or better. The chairs and pool floor look a bit dirty at times and my unit faces the pool, Other than that it's excellent!

Best apartment community I've been a part of but still has its quirks. Multiple communication issues but the staff is eager to help. They hold monthly events and gatherings which is pretty cool. Overall, a great place.

everything has been beyond my expectations since moving in. Courtney is the absolute BEST! Jose and his counterpart are AMAZING. And Nichole is AWESOME! Appreciate everyone and how easy the transition has been coming back to apartment living.

The esthetic of the complex caught my eye but once I came in for the second time, I was greeted by a new employee by the name of Nicole. Nicole has made this move smooth for me and worth it. I also now enjoy the convenience to pretty much the whole city.

I am enjoying my stay here at Art House. The people are great. The amenities are amazing. The staff is pretty cool. I like how there are monthly events! Overall, so far so good. All my friends live here and they love it. The pool is super cool

Management sucks. We are experiencing leakes in our apartment, leaks in the hallway, when they tried to move us to another unit we found mold all in the closet, Danny is the best, very helpful with everything

Disgusting, trashed property where no rules are ever enforced and nothing is ever cleaned either. Maintenance has no qualifications with zero effort to help anyone. The leasing staff does absolutely nothing all day but sling overpriced apartments to new victims. I have no idea why they even have a job, they do literally nothing all day. With the condition of the property, you would think no one even works there to begin with. How do you work in a leasing office 8 hours a day and nothing to show for it??? Guess it doesn’t help that they work for the world’s worst company.

I've been really happy living here! The apartment is pretty nice—clean, modern, and well-maintained. The layout makes good use of the space, and everything feels comfortable and inviting. Management has been responsive and easy to work with, which is a huge plus. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a solid, enjoyable living experience.

Wonderful property and well maintained. Centrally located and amenities are well kept. Floor plan is nicely sized for a couple. Me and my fiancé love it! I work remote, so the ability to move freely around the property with my laptop is an added bonus. Would totally recommend this place to peers!
