This place is gross and unsafe. I spend over $2k a month for a 1 bed 1 bath, and that part is fine if it was still the same nice apartment I originally moved into. The staff doesn't care about packages being stolen. They don't care about vandalism happening to vehicles. A dog literally crapped in front of my door and it's still there, it's just disgusting. Random people coming in and out of the apartments because they offer Airbnb now which is not something they even considered asking the residents because if I knew that was something they were doing I would've never moved in. Also the smell of weed is honestly disgusting and now I just feel like I live in filth and trash.

Low regard for security. Doors propped open, garage door broken at least monthly. Parking not readily avail due to abandon or non residents taking spots. Usually oversized trash or cardboard left in the hallway due residents not breaking down a box or throwing out an oversized item, looks really nice

The maintenance staff is top notch. Would like office staff to be easier to get in contact with via phone or email. I appreciate the cleanliness. Regular carpet cleanings in the hallway are important to me.

Art House Sawyer Yards is nice however I would venture to say thatthe fees and rent is a bit overpriced considering you only get 1 key, There's a locked door that you do not have access to, Limited time at the pool and the trash valet doesn't always pick up your trash during the schedule time . There are some pet owners that don't clean up after their pets.

Very underwhelming experience overall - the price of rent is far too high for floor panels to be broken, elevator to look a mess and the constant noise that comes from residents and people who AirBnB. The location is great but other than that there are far better properties for the price.
