I absolutely have enjoyed living there since August 2024. The 24 hour access to the gym and the staff is amazing. I honestly don’t have any complaints. I’ve really only communicated with Bradley and when I need to contact him via email he responds within the hour. However, everyone is sooo nice!

I've been living in these apartments for 30 years! If that does not say something I dont know what does! Yes, there have been gripes with maintenance and other things but the place is quiet and easy to access 610/290/I-10.

We have not receive mail in 2 months because the apt mailboxes do not work, the post office got tired of keeping the mail for us and do not give it to us anymore instead they're returning the mail to the sender until the mailboxes are repaired. cars are broken into at night, the place is very dirty and the maintenance is very slow since they have very few maintenance guys, roaches everywhere, outside and inside the apts eventhough we are charged monthly for pet control, dog poop everywhere, we're being charged a lot of extra fees in top of the rent, EVERY SINGLE MONTH. The management is change constantly but this place keeps getting worse and worse, it's very frustrating

There are too many issues to address; therefore I will tell the truth about only a few. 1. Severely understaffed property staff thereforework order take at least 3 weeks to be addressed and emergency work orders take 1 week.,The office staff lack basic professionalism and customer service skills. 2. Mailboxes out of use for the past 6 months. Residents have to take off work to retrieve mail by 5pm. Heights 2121 does not for loss wages. 3. Frequent theft and vandalism. Property management nor owners do anything to prevent and address this matter. Response from employee Sage was "well this is an apartment complex what do you expect". Unprofessional and insensitive. 4. Swimming pools are closed and unsanitary with green algae during the summer season. Pools are only clean during the summer season. 5. The rest include filthy laundry room, the images posted online is false advertisement, filthy & broken fitness equipment, broken parking gate.

I would highly suggest *not* considering this complex for your next apartment. The German Cockroach infestations throughout the complex need to be addressed by the health inspector. I have been eating in my car for 7 months, had no access to clean water because the roaches love water and crawl on the faucets, the get inside the fridge even. My dog is not able to have water out or enjoy a treat and I feel like a horrible human. Management is aware of all of this. One of the managers saw me eating in my car one morning. I have sent emails letting them know that disease infested cockroaches crawling across my work space is unacceptable, only to be constantly ignored. The worst is when you reach upper management and think that they might actually treat you like a human and uphold their end of what was promised in the lease contact, they do exactly the opposite. The junior regional manager said, "of course you can transfer apartments, you just have to pay the 85% of one month's fee and give 60 days notice". I'm sorry... what? Yes, they want me to pay them to get out of an apartment that the CDC deems uninhabitable. When I sent certified letters, they offered to let me out of my lease if I signed something saying that I would never report them to any government agency, would never sue them and would drop all my claims, and would never post on social media. And there is no way in good conscience I could even consider signing that letter without helping out the next person that hopefully reads this review before coming to this joke of a home. I have dozens of pictures and videos. They found a massive infestation in the bldg after I BEGGED them to search, and said case closed. But these continue to breed and they will continue to live in these walls until someone takes this seriously, but I can't imagine that ever happening.

READ CAREFULLY: If you would like to NEED your phone with you, in order to do your own laundry, this may be the place for you (the complex refuses to accept coins or even a credit card in order to do your own laundry. You must download a third party app (Csc pay mobile) so that you can scan a QR code on the machine) this is the only way you would be able to wash your laundry here overall these apartments aren’t too bad... YET

That They want the tenants to pay to maintain the grounds and the building + omg???? they want the renters money to go straight into to their pockets making tenants pay for the maintenance of the buildings and the grounds- these companies are stealing your money with the city' permission not only they charge extremely high prices for rent but over charge you for water you don't use; the state should put some regulations on all these crooks

I lived at heights 2121 with my girlfriend for 4 months now, we live in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath. We needed two baths because she had a teenage daughter who needs Her own space to get ready for school. We have been complaining and sending work order after work order, continuous emails, and phone calls. Promising to have some one come look. We have yet to have this problem solved. As a Resident I shouldn’t have to be paying for 2 baths if the second one isn’t event working. I’m so disappointed in this experience. 4 months without anyone even looking at our place is beyond me. I lived here by myself for over a year and never had this issue before.
