Its a wonderful property with palm trees and flowers. Beautiful pool area with bbq pits to enjoy lunch or dinner, relaxing spa and refreshing pool where grown folks and little kids can mingle and enjoy themselves. Couple of gazebo and a few shading areas to eat and relax as well. Also the gym rocks and open 24/7 . Maintenance are always keeping the pool and gym area are always quick on the job. The manager and office staff are friendly and helpful..Grace is a wonderful manager whos very caring..Sara is quick and eager to help..Shanti is calm and on the job..Jonelle is also calm and friendly. Want an apartment or a Villa come to San love it!

San Brisas has been a great experience. I've been here for for years and on my forth one, because I just signed my lease for another year. I'm very satisfied and I can't thank the maintenance team enough for being there for every single small issue that I have, I come from the U.K and paying attention to detail is very important to me. I thank also the staff in the office for making it possible. I highly recommend San Brisas to anyone who expects the best in a community.

I have lived in San Brisas for the last 2 years. Hands down the best property in the Energy Corridor. The apartment feels like a house, the community is quiet and very family oriented. The playground is amazing! The Pool area is like being at a resort. But more importantly the management is the best! The office staff is always available and very kind. I highly recommend San Brisas.

I have lived in San Brisas for the last 5 years.. One of IF not the BEST property in the Energy Corridor. Apartments are like little homes. Secure property. The Pool area is like being at a RESORT. Office staff and Maintenance are A+ Highly recommended.

I moved out of a surrounding community because the customer service I was receiving was horrible. All I was to them was a number and when I toured San Brisas, I was very impressed by the personalized treatment I received. I have to give credit where deserved and the management here is amazing and genuine. Since the new manager Grace arrived, there is a huge difference in the upkeep of the community, she is very patient and understanding. Her team is great, they are always on top of my requests, so I am very happy. My rent is higher than I would have wanted to pay but it is all worth it at the end of the day. I came from a brand new community in the energy corridor and when management changed, it was a nightmare. Not to mention all the problems with the apartment "they always had to call the builder" to fix. I felt like their lab rat while they worked out all of their kinks out. Parking was such a headache too. So if you are looking to move into San Brisas, I highly recommend them!

I simply love it here at San Brisas. To me the most important part of living in an apartment is the management and maintenance and I could not be happier here thanks to them. - Never have to worry about Parking because I have my own garage. - The manager is always so delicate when handling my concerns and I can tell the team there actually cares about their residents. - My home is beautiful, very well built. - Maintenance is always very responsive (surprisingly completes my requests on the same day)! - Don't really use the amenities because I work a lot BUT the Fitness Classes are amazing. Hardly ever miss a class and they are free. - HUGE sense of community, I actually know all my neighbors surrounding me. - Every month, the management team does fun activities for us which I really appreciate... So to the manager, KUDOS and keep up the good work!

we have lived here for almost 2 years the complex amenities are great but the office staff is very rude and not friendly with the residences.

The place is great , although with the new management take over the Maintenance no longer as good as before .the office staff are rude and not friendly at all.
