This is very very much money wasting place. First of all the rent is is very high, second of all water bill was always in access of $120 a month, with high sewage charge, so be careful. We moved out much earlier before the lease term and saved loads of money! We also lived in AMLI on Eldridge and San Montego and these both complexes give much more for the money and the water bill much lower, and least 2-3 times! Also SB send us move out charges so high ( near $1000!) and forcing us to pay for damaged items, that were already excessively damaged and malfunctioning even before we moved in! Beware! Stay away from this place, their rents are outrageous. And they have quite ineffective maintenance team, as we witnessed on several occasions.

Review 1: One of the worst community to live in. I lived here for 3 years, the previous management was much nicer. The new staff are very unprofessional, specially -------------, she has no communication skills and she is very rude to people. I don't recommend this place. Review 2: Don't send any referrals to San Brisas off of Eldridge Pkwy. Management is not friendly and will not work with you. They never pay commission and give you the run around. It's a big waste of time. Send your clients to Village on Memorial or San Montego.

I'm a freelance consultant so I regularly setup temporary housing in cities, I have to say that San Brisas is the best value for the money in the energy corridor. These are some of the nicest apartments with the best grounds and facilities that I've come across in not just Houston but the entire southeast region. Security was never an issue as the after hours guards were regularly patrolling and monitoring entry/exit at the gate (I know this because I regular took the red eye in/out of IAH so I'd always see them at post on my way to/from the airport) The maintenance staff is very responsive and the leasing staff is friendly and attentive and honestly what more can you expect from an apartment community. I've rented in several other "luxury" communities in the energy corridor and in the Houston area in general and I would recommend San Brisas above all of them. Anyone looking for an apartment in this area, should definitely consider San Brisas you won't be disappointed.

This property is beautiful and the staff is very professional and know the property well. The apartments feel more like a home than just apartment living. The appliances are hi end and love the granite counter tops. It is such a time and money saver having a washer & dryer in the apartment. We also toured the back of the property as I always say if they take care of the back areas too then its a great place to live. We are looking to make a move to the area and these are the best apartments we have seen and fits our budget with all the extras..

I have been living here at San Brisas Apartment since 2009 and love living here. The office staff are very professional. The complex is very clean and well kept. Love the fact that I have my own garage. Happy Living Happy Life.
