DO NOT LIVE HERE. First off there were bugs in the apartment, pool was not open for over a year of living there, and staff was incredibly rude. Apartment community was super dirty, trash everywhere. After moving out I have received random emails stating I owe money with NO explanation or description for what. I moved out in may and paid my last two months of utilities in June and July. I now just received another bill in SEPTEMBER. FOR WHAT I moved out in may?! no one answers the phone or emails so you can’t even talk to someone about the charge. do not live here just save yourself the troubles!!

Do not waste your money. You are better off under the bridge. They have the audacity to charge 1000s in rent for a place infested with roaches and insects yet to be identified by scientists. People throw trash in the hallway, the stairways stink of urine and feces. It is a true slump right in the middle of an abandoned warehouse for the homeless, railways and radiation towers. You are sure to get no sleep from train noise, moldy vents, poor air. On top of that, management is rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.

Hello, I am sending this email via Google review since the managers at cullens have refused to return my calls or answer my emails but seem to have the time to respond to reviews online. Please check your email as it’s been a week since we have reported a roach, tick and spider infestation. Hello, As the guarantor for this apartment, I am shocked and dismayed by the unresponsive attitude of your staff. Knowingly and willfully renting an infested apartment is exposing the tenant to a severe health hazard and it is illegal, insensitive and downright evil. Please note Texas property code https://statutes. Warranty of Habitability landlords must maintain a certain standard of living in their properties. This doesn’t mean the place will be fancy (or even nice), but it must be “habitable”. This called a warranty of habitability You have 48 hours to respond to this complain before we involve our lawyer and take legal account. It is our hope that you make a conscientious attempt to respond and that we work together in the most respectful and responsible manner. Kindest Regards

2/10 do not recommend. It's not safe, I can hear gunshots sometime during night time. The neighbors are VERY loud. When we raised out concerns to management they did not help. We had our fire alarm system beeping, called maintenance and went to the office SEVERAL TIMES and got assisted 3 weeks later. The stairs are FILTHY, the elevators are DOWN VERY OFTEN. They OVERCHARGE for an apartment complex that don't even deserve to still stay open. The units are nice but if you value hygiene, safety and your pockets, DO NOT SIGN THERE.
