When i moved in, there was 3 people who got shot buy some guy that was just walking around the apartmeents, the guy has not got caught yet that means he might be your neighbor for all we know.. I was out of heater for november,december and january And i told them about it like over 100 times to come and fix but they just Bullsh** me. We were out of A/C for 2 months, we had a sewere damage and damaged all my property and till this day we still have mold under our carpet, THEY DIDNT EVEN REPLACE THE CARPET!!!! they sent some stupid low budget steam cleaner to clean it. There has been some cars broken into, a bunch of gang related guys walkign around at night, When we went to get an apartment they showed us an upgraded apartment with Wood vynil floors and dark brown walls, they promised us we will get one like that. They gave us the key and we got this ugly color floor with cabinet doors rusty and falling off. JUST TO PROVE IM NOT LYING I WILL GIVE YOU MY CELL NUMBER AND APARTMENT NUMBER TO COME CHECK IT OUT!!!! They are previously known as Springtowne, the change of name does them no good. Things harldy get fixed around here unless you literally call and bug them for a few days, or if they know that you know your rights. Mold is an issue on the windows, and you can forget about your water working, or maybe your luck y and will have only cold. Dont get me wrong they are looking a heck of alot better but looks are decieving. Thank god we left. Your kids cant even play outside unless they want to get hurt on the playground or debris left by the workers. Come by and take a look on the weekends before you consider moving here, forget about getting your carpet cleaned, or any pest control.....they dont have any of that. Because they cant afford it! Literally management has been changed every two months, the price they are charging now is ridiculous! Might as well move to a new luxury apartment complex, oh and please learn spanish, because if you try and use english you might as well be talking to the paint peeling walls.

Need I say more! The title says it all, nothing is being done at this point and time and we will be moving. Others in their apartments also have mold but cant afford to move due to financial problems, or their not on the lease, but heck im not putting our health at risk.

This apt. comlpex is not worth your time and money and I wish we sought everything out before we moved here. The walls are cracked, water is rusty, breaker goes out, water heater breaks down, takes a week or more to get something fixed, ALWAYS something happening for the cops to be called out, gates are always broken so anyone can enter... I can go on for days.
