Not a bad place to live, but they have rules of course only apply to some, for example do not allow pets and the manager has also several residents, the pool was only open from 11am to 6pm Monday to Saturday! ! Besides having to buy a bracelet to enter. Allow some parking in prohibited places and so on

These are not family oriented apartments. If you have preteen children there is nothing for them to do! They are not allowed to be at the playground, not allowed to play ball. If they don't like you, or your children they will refuse to renew your lease. They discriminate toward anyone who is out spoken. Have different rules for different people, I.e. allow some people to park multiple vehicles, but if you park in the same spot they will ask you to move because the vehicle may be considered in operative. Um my husband and i commute together. We leave the other vehicle and switch in and out of the space. But part extr a vehicle in the back. Others park three or four vehicles in the front taking up all spaces. Your only allowed two stickers but there are some who have three or four. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

The staff its really poor, bad attitude and they neer resolve nothing.

I don't mind people playing music, but when I can hear it over my own tv that's bad. You have to call the police to get anything done about it and that is so wrong. When neighbors play their music till 11 pm at night that is just disrespectful. My neighbors through their beer cans off the balcony and pee as well. I have complained about this many times and nothing gets done.

I love living at Gessner Park. I truely like where there are rules. I believe that if you dont like rules, then you need to get a house where you can do what ever you what, And run like rude and ugly people who like charging off at womens. I saw a resident running off this mouth and closing up hands to hit a lady just because the pool was closed. RULES ARE RUlES. Just makes me wonder if that man hits his wife. But other then I loved the lightly and the peacefulness that Gessner gives us.And as my work orders I have no issues.

Not recommend to move here the ladies in the front office are sooo RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL.... maintenance is bad they take 2-3 weeks so they can just come and see what you need fixing and they still don't fix it and the parking sucks and the pool is never open and clean and they have a stupied rule that from 5pm to 7pm no kids in the pool and thats the only time my husband has to take them after work

I am a resident here for now 20 years and I have seen new people come and go. I have seen a few new mangement companies also. But we have now a company that has cared for us. They repaired out the patios and trees cuts. Work orders are pretty good here in my apartment when I call. Pati y Clio are very sweet with me and very helpful when I got behind on my rent they gave me a list where I could get help to get it paid. I can only say I am very happy with Gessner Park.

I have been living here for a few months and I really enjoy living here. I like the office people so helpful in helping me with moving in and getting my mail and lights transfer. Parking is also something I like. I think its good to get permits placed on on cars. The lighting at night is also great. I love it and I may stay another six months. :)

Roaches are totally horrible. Maintenance bad to have tell them 2 or 3 times before they come fix things. Then when they do fix. They don't fix it right. The heater didn't work ask for it to be fixed. Then it worked for few days, Then it would not shut off cause apartment to get to 99 degrees inside. Then sometimes air conditioner works & sometimes not. Evan had a leak reported it and it & it took a few days before they came to fix it. Evan when I told them it was damaging the wall. 24hr maintenance does not care either. What emergency to you is not to them. Not evan a almost 100 degree apartment with a pet inside seem to be Emergency to them. Will never suggest them to anyone!

i wouldnt recommend this apartments to anyone, infested by roches everywhere i turn there's one grrr... we've asked them to come fix a problem and if you don't insist they won't do anything the rent is ridiculous for the space of the apt and they are mad ------ you can find a decent area for the same amount you juz have too look!
