A very strict parking lot rule will tow your vehicle for just a minor reason. The manager is professional but one of the staff is very rude I think her name is Saly I forgot. They will charge you a huge fine if break the lease and without 60 days' notice.

En Gessner park,a mi me gustó muchísimo porque los apartamentos están muy limpios y el parque está asalvo.Tambien me gustaron los gessner park porque esta bien agradable,muy lindo,y esta seguro especialmente para los ninos.

it's been two months that I been sitting in a hot --- room because nobody wants to come and fix my ------- vent and I'm still calling the office to this day for someone to come fix it and they keep saying they are sending someone and they never show up . The kitchen is too small you can't even have 2 people in the kitchen . The apartments itself they can't keep up with it !

There are no parking spots for guests what so ever. They will tow anybody's car and it's ridiculous. How can you pay rent to an apartment complex and it has no guest parking. Everyday between 10pm-8am they will tow cars. This is why I will not be renewing my lease. That is actually insane. Do not move in here if you have any friends or family who you want to come visit you.

I have been a resident here since 2011. Since then I have seen a positive progress as far as office staff and maintenance. The property is very well kept and I have no issues with maintenance. The ladies in the office are very helpful and kind. I always recommend this property to my friends and family.

I have been living here since 2013, I have never felt unsafe, the apartments are in good conditions, the neighbors are friendly, Maintenance Is great, when I report something they come fix it the same day or the following day. I'm very comfortable here and I will recommend this apartments to everyone.

I moved into Gessner Park in August of last year. I am very pleased with my decision! The office staff is friendly, maintenance handles your work orders promptly and correctly the first time. The grounds are always neat and clean. Affordable rent great customer service.

I recommend this property. This property is always kept clean and quiet. The office staff is always very helpful. There are many rules to follow but that is what is keeping this property in line. Maintenance staff is very respectful and get your work orders done in less than 24 hours. Maintenance is not an issue here. These apartments are in a great location too. Everything is close by.

The water bill very very expensive, for a family of 3 in two bedrooms apartment we are paying more than $80!! And when asked to the company that issues the bill tget told me that all the water they use in laundry room, pool and sprinkles we pay for it!!! I just couldn't believe!!! I am paying mor for water than electricity. Of course in the pffice the say you nothing, never say the truth. Sad because the are stealing your money
