For 3 weeks I've been telling hem my air hasn't been working they haven't done ---- about it!!!! I've called corporate I've called the manager I've done all I need to do these are the WORSE APARTMENTS ever to move in!!!!!

I'm a Resident here for 3 years already since I moved in there has been change of management. The area is not the best but I can't complain because nothing has happened very calm so far. The problem is the front desk you can call and make work orders and the secretaries don't put them in they forget even the Manager it took her a while to figure out what she was going to do with my apt. carpet. My apartment needs new carpet you can't even feel the cushion of the carpet anymore which for them to save money they prefer to wash it ... NO unacceptable. I DO NOT recommend to live here at Biscayne apartments

This apartment are the worst apartment ever.... Their maintenance is horrible... This month they have been taking off the water amost every day.. This is horrible.. When you report something to the office they go to fix it two weeks later you have to be calling and calling.. And they always give the same excuse we have more orders before you.. This apartment sucks.

I have been at Biscayne Apartments for almost 2 yrs. And when you come in with a problem they take it down any then nothing gets done. My front door has a 1/2 inch opening at the top and air comes through. Now, my lights are off because of some power outage. They fixed the problem but they forgot to connect the wires to the box for power. Now the outside of my apartment is cooler than the inside of my apartment. How is it when you have a problem with apartments the managers get to go home and not ever fix what needs to be fixed at the aparments he manages? So the tenants suffer for lack of repairs.

Hello I'm relocating to the Houston area from Ohio and I do have credit issues and prior evictions which is why I'm relocating for an employment opportunity. Meanwhile I will be looking for affordable housing. I've read some of the reviews for Biscayne apartments a lot of them were dated years back the current was April of 2014. Can someone please give me some updated information on how the property is currently operating please?? I was told that they may work with people (2nd chance) that have credit issues. If someone can let me know or know of any other properties that's affordable and safe for a single guy such as mysself I'll greatly appreciate it! If you know any other properties that will work with individuals as like myself that'll be great!! Thanks yall for reading ...now I'm going to c what the people say lol

Ive been been here almost a yr and cant complain! I live on phase 2 some staff in office are very polite manager also... the security are just gettin paid for doing nothing! Had an issue with ac but maintance came to fix..pretty much you get what you pay for there cozy amd affordable and I never had any problems with thefts no noisy neighbors !!! Lots of parking spots!!!!!! Love that.

Please do not move here! I've lived here for awhile now and I've seen at least 3 changes to management, it could have been more. The management that is there now is so-so. The main manager is a crock, she is very rude. The maintenance is okay. You have to call numerous times to make sure the office people submitted the work orders. I have an a/c leak since I moved in back in 2012 and yet it still isn't fixed. They came one time to fix it from leaking and said they would come back to patch up the hole but never did. There is security in the front which is okay but I have not since them actually walk the grounds. Back in 2012 maybe a few months after I moved in my neighbor had bed bugs, they had to come spray my apartment to which was fine because who would want freaking bed bugs, the things was they DID NOT put the light covers back on nor put the carpet back in place. The carpet was just pulled up. Oh, and when I first moved in not even 2 months our car was broken into and took our radio. There is just so much more that I could say but overall they are cheap apartments and if you are apartment hunting...DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I have been it this pats for almost two years. They were repairing my apt but was not able to move in until after Christmas,because they were not finished. When I did move in I discovered the problems awaiting me for the next 2 years.Roaches,which I beg them to get rid of before I get all of my nice stuff from storage. Closets door still missing. The front door jam had a space so wide a person could easily put a stick or something and open the door. 6 months later, they came to fix that problem,but the spiders still comes through the crack. Neighbors had pit bull puppies that shot on my patio and front grass coming to my house. The office people did not addressed the issue until, I wrote an email to property management. The dog problem resumed about a year later,when the female had five puppies and they all came to take a dump on and around my door. Thank God these people finally moved. major problems with crime such as murder and gun shots,drug dealers on bicycles. No maintenance staff,no staff that lives on site. RUN AWAY RUN FAR AWAY

STAY AWAY!! Crime is horrible. The roofs leak and there is no emergency maintanace if you call. The office people change every week. The manager sarah yells at them in front of you. When i moved in there were bed bugs that i had to take care of myself because they said they didnt pay for that.Moving out as soon as my lease ends.

I lived here for a year and it was ok but the roaches was bad and I cleaned up everyday and bombed my own apartment twice a month. Now by me being single and staying by myself I felt safe but the parking was bad one day they towed my car and we don't need a parking permit to park they never said why. I also had to deal with need bugs not knowing where they came from maybe next door but he seemed clean.. by all means if u need somewhere to start fast and love roaches and love hearing kids outside all day and night please pick this place!
