Horrible! Maintenance does what they can do with what they are given, although they are very nice and wish they could do more. Office staff doesn't always give work orders so problems can be solved and when they do the work maintenance is allowed to do is minimal. My biggest issue with Biscayne is the maintenance issue (mainly the air conditioning). Probably wouldn't be so irritated if my windows opened so I could at least use a window unit!

I lived here a year and it wasn't too bad, they just never fixed anything. I worked all day also, but my nights were pleasant. Its a good place to live if you're just starting out, not for families.

Been here 2 and half years and my door has been kicked in all my stuff stolen the manage could care less about the problem . There are many others that have just moved without reporting the problems .THESES APT ARE SAFE FOR YOU OR YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS VERY POOR POOR SECURITY I WOULD NOT RECOMMAND THESES APT BISCANYE TO ANY ONE EVEN MY DOG .

These apartments are horrible these air condition breaks down very often normally i am without hair for 3 or 4 days the security guards are ------- one of my guests had a gun pulled on them for no reason with two twin children in the car they ask you to register all of your guests orthey wont let them in there only one way.into the apartments it feels like a prison there are frequent breakins apartments cars ect theres drugs sell its just criminal central and the little lady in the front office is ----- i had a complaint and she replied thats why i dont want guests over here my apartment is falling apart and they put notes on the door not giving you enough time to comply with them the security sucks theysit in the booth all day and never come when you call these apartments are a total nightmare my lease isnt up until july but im considering breaking my lease just to get away from these horrible apartments DO NOT MOVE HERE!
