Moving in these apartments was the worst decision I have made roaches run the apartment they should be in suits in the office the staff in the office is rude don’t fix anything just throw the whole apartment away not safe for kids roach infested

Hardly no parking a man was shot in the back parking were I park in August of last year. Apartment asked workers to not disclose information to any resident. So I don't feel safe in this community this area is known as gunspoint so alot of murders and robbery crime rate is high just a fyi. The back is always trashy they don't pick up trash and dump all furniture back there.

We spent over 5 months waiting on repairs that never got completed. Leaking roof, MOLD, leaking refrigerator, gaps under windows and doors, and so much more. I tried contacting their corportate office but they kept hanging up on me. They do not care about you! They will take your money, fool you into a contract, and force you to live in horrible living conditions. DO NOT waste your time or money here!

My first time I went to visits the apartments I great services from Aaliyah she knew everything when it came to the floor plans she showed us the area was very sweet I rate her a 10 star because she was perfect and I can't not wait to move in Biscayne at Cityview

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean when I move in and the property is quiet which is usually an issues since I work a lot of hours. So far I have no complaints or issues. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone!

I recommend nobody rent here the office staff is horrible they will lie on the tenants to make they self look good a bad roach problem they don't fix nothing and the apartment cares about rent late fees and towing I hope somebody turn the news on them I got robbed stating and said we didn't pay rent I believe they was pocketing tenants money during hurricane Harvey look some where else they I recommend no one lease at the property of Villa Serena full of ---- cooperate full of ---- too they claim we broke our lease but ask to move out wen I lease been up They full of ---- I hope they looses all they residents

These apts are horrible .... The management is horrible .... Lots of ice boxes sit outside on property .... Cats and dogs roam property ...... Security is horrible .... They barely patrol ... The grounds .. the management seriously needs too be replaced ... I hope the light is finally shown on these apartments .... .... I read the reviews of previous residents .. I say wow ... Cause most of it be true .. the complaints are never dealt with ... all .... Corporate office needs too find replacement quick

If you're needing somewhere to move quickly then by all means this is the place. But be ready to spend half your nights killing monstrous roaches.

I have lived at the Biscayne at City View for three months and I am very pleased with it. I have great neighbors. The manager, office staff and maintenance crews are very professional. Families enjoy leisure activities like back-to-school events and movies. The rental cost is very affordable. The interior and exterior maintenance is well kept. Security officers are onsite and patrol the complex. I would recommend Biscayne to my family members and friends. Make sure you visit this property! Oh, the rooms are very large!

Today I'm writing this review so that I might inform prospective tenants of what they might be getting based on my experience. This complex is rediculous nothing works appliances, ac/heat, laundry facilities, front office staff, and even management. There is zero professionalism. There are always stray dogs and oh so many cats running around it's ridiculous. As far as inside the apartment the walls are nearly paper thin, so thin that you can hear you neighbors cell phone ring lol but so not funny. There are roaches (plenty) if you can't do roaches don't do biscayne because you will be moving into there house. If you are pressed between a rock and a hard place then it maybe ok this should not even be someone's last choice it's absolutely dreadful. Think three times before you sign that lease. My lease is up in 02/17 and I will not be renewing not even for one of their "upgraded models" Hope this helps!
