This is a great place to live. Location is very convenient with plenty of options nearby, supermarket, good restaurants, access to the Terry Hershey park. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. It is pet friendly and there are enough points for disposal. We lived there 18 months and just moved because a new job in another city and we will miss this place.

This is a fantastic place to live. The grounds are beautiful with great access to the park. The neighborhood is great with fantastic places to eat nearby (pomodoro's pizza, mexican deli, Hungry's). You stay fit with the running trails and nice gym. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Lived here two years and will surely miss this place. very quiet,

I lived here for 6 years. I hated to leave. The only reason was to be closer to work and family. I saw something about roaches..I never had roaches. I think in the 6 years I was there, I only had to have my toilet fixed once, something minor, and my sink, again - something very minor. I was worried I wouldn't receive my full depost back when I left because I had read some reviews before I moved in. I did receive the full refund. I have to admit, I kept my townhome clean at all times, so it wasn't a big cleanup at moveout. I highly recommend Village on Memorial, and only wish they had a complex in the area of town I live in now.

My 17 year old son and I lived here for 6 months until our new home was ready. I was particularly concerned about safety/break-ins. Once we moved in, I had no concerns. The security was fantastic. My son loved the townhome because the 2 bedroom suite we rented gave him his own private suite (bedroom & bathroom) downstairs. I loved the location because the townhomes are located right next door to a beautiful running/biking trail with miles of biking trails(Terry Hershey Park). Responses to maintenance requests were handled quickly. Two items that were bothersome included (1) The entry gate was difficult to open and required multiple attempts (2) The kitchen in my townhome was too small and there was nowhere to place a small kitchen table. It made cooking and serving a full meal nearly impossible.

My wife and I stayed here for just over 1 year and loved it. The apartments were very nice, the building and ground maintenance were excellent (my wife want to say Hi to Renee, he was always most helpful), the parking great, the location is also great. Only two nagging issues I can think of: 1. The garbage dumpster often got into a unwieldy mess on the weekends, but that is as much to do with the residents as anything. 2. The security of the area was decidedly average. This is certainly one of the best places to rent in West Houston.

They cannot control the roaches at all they are everywere. The dumpster area is usually overcrowded. The staff is only friendly if prospective tenants are around. Be very careful with the leas contract, they try to cheat you whereever they can. If you compare pricing to other apartments they are usually the most expensive.

The office staff is professional and friendly. The community is quiet and kempt. Repairs are generally completed promptly. I stayed for two lease terms (25 months total.) I would recommend this community. My security deposit was not refunded in full due to a mysterious stain in the carpet that appeared after I moved out and turned in my keys.

Though I was renting it felt like a home to me. They made me feel like I was apart of the community from day one. When using the club house for a function all my friends thought the complex was one of the best they have ever seen. I totally give it a 2 thumbs up!!

Been here 14 months now and can't fault the complex. Homes are relatively new and well laid out. Nice to have our own front door and a garage as opposed to most other apartments in the area. We have a great pool and gym and direct access out on to Terry Hershey park. The location is excellent. Easy access straight on the I-10 and only a couple of minutes from the stores in Memorial Village. Staff in the office are all super helpful and the few small maintenance issues we've had have been fixed pretty much immediately.

The management runs a first-class community. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The few maintenance issues we've had were promptly resolved. We've met some wonderful neighbors. Access to Terry Hershey Park is a real plus.
