I have traveled to Houston on several occassions for business and was fortunate to be able reside at Village on Memorial. The property is beautiful, and the neighbors are quiet and pleasant. I feel safe coming home late or walking to my car early in the morning. The office staff is always wonderful, responsive, and caring, especially Lana. The maintenance staff is hands down amazing and has always helped me, even with the moves. In the previous years I have stayed at other communities which were well managed, but nothing has compared to the experience at the Townhomes. I love the location and being able to go to Terry Hershey Park with my dog, and working out in the 24/7 fitness center.

We moved from a house from out of town here while deciding where to buy another home. Have enjoyed time here & especially being backed to Terry Hershey Park. Love to get up & go walking. We have our own 'backyard'/patio facing park we sit out quite often. Almost like having a home. :)

I agree with other renters these townhomes are very clean, safe and the management staff primarily the maintenance staff are friendly and always available. I have been a resident for now three years and when I start searching other places I am so afraid I will not be able to find a quiet, peaceful, great office staff again and then I will have deep regrets in having waste the money to relocate. Cons: My neighbor currently is a smoker. You would think that being on the third floor he would go downstairs and walk toward the park or the parking area to smoke. I have had previous neighbors who would do this out of respect for the neighbors and I would imagine the person they are living with... However this neighbor does not and of course the smoke seeps into my third floor bedroom walls and I wake up with sore throat, sneezing and some days simply having congested reaction to smelling the smoke. I spoke with management and they said it was nothing they could do and for me to knock on his door and tell him. I do not want to start any problems being that he never speaks, appears unfriendly and I only hope that his neighbor on the other side of him will complain, also. Its not management fault but I think managment should have placed flyers on everyone's door that due to the extensive heat and drought we are experiencing that occupants of the property should use extra caution in smoking indoors as well as use of their grills. That is the only con... overall great place to live and enjoy coming home to!

Village on Memorial is a great place to call home. I love being outdoors so the location directly next to the park is awesome. The maintenance team is outstanding, I've lived in apartments before and here you call that morning for service you get it done the same day. I've lived here for 4 years and hope to stay for another 4 years.

I have lived here for 2 years and love it. Before the townhomes I lived at another Finger property and loved it too. The office staff is wonderful and maintenance is great the few times I've called it's done the same day. You really can't find any other place and management company like this.
