I lived here for almost 3 years and loved every minute of it. Only moved out because I was relocated for work. The maintenance staff is great and the area is beautiful. The office staff is the best I've ever experienced! Linda has been here for years, and she is the best. Always on top of everything, and takes care of any issues you have. Kim is a wonderful manager and the nicest person! Kelsey is very polite and responsive, and has made a great addition to the team. If you're looking for a place in Downtown Houston, this is the place to go!!

Great complex and great staff! The staff goes above and beyond to help and the grounds are always well kept. Maintenance is always on top of it. Resident events are always fun to look forward to. Very exceptional place to live!

I called in to ask if I could do a photoshoot for my engagement because of their great reviews. I was impressed by the overall customer service stating from in phone to when I stopped by to meet the person I spoke to in person. They sure know how to treat people even if they are not looking for a place to live. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful community. The views are great and everything is very well maintained. The staff in the office are all very kind and help when needed. I would recommend this community if you are looking for a loft style in the Houston area.
