We have lived at the lofts for 5 years and will miss it - our move is to buy a home near family. The location is perfect - directly located on Buffalo Bayou for access to run and bike on the trails and across the street from the skate park. We walk to events at the Hobby Center, Happy Hour at the Aquarium, and can bicycle to ice houses and outdoor dining options near Washington Street. Of equal importance regarding why have enjoyed living at lofts is due to the staff members. The leasing office and maintenance people are kind and professional. Our first unit was a small one with a view of downtown. We then moved to the courtyard off the leasing office as we needed more space. We enjoyed them both.

I loved living here but had to move for my job. I had a such great spot with downtown and bayou views. The place is beautiful and the management is one of the best I have come across. I would definitely live here again.

One of the number one reasons we've decided to move here is simply because the staff. Period. Yes it's gorgeous and in a perfect location just moments away from downtown without all the downtown hoopla. The staff made us feel at home and hadn't moved in yet. The manager was awesome and really was thoughtful. For me, my decision was made mostly because of the courtesy and hospitality. If this is any indication how they treat tenants. We Are In!

My wife and I have lived at several apartments in the area previous to sabine. We have chosen to stay here the longest (7 years) due to the amazing staff that is always professional and quick to respond. The property is always clean and well maintained. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly with follow ups. The location is great with numerous parks, running trails, activities and proximity to restaurants, grocery stores and downtown. Security is great, the on-site courtesy officer / police officer is very professional, acting promptly whenever a minor issue arises and follows up. Everyone of my neighbors loves to live here and haven't heard of anyone with a complaint or issue. By far we feel like Marquis on Sabine is home.

I have really enjoyed living here for the last few years. The location is perfect from where I work and my dog loves the walks along the bayou. The place is nice and the office staff is very friendly and accommodating.

The office staff treats you like you are a resident as soon as you walk in the door. Their level of customer service is what sets them apart from any other place. I do think the property needs to update some thing but mostly their blinds as they are really outdated and looks tacky. The best deciding factor about this community if the trustworthy staff.

I love living here!!!! It's an awesome location with really neat floor plans. Prices are VERY good for everything that you get here!! The office staff is very friendly and really makes you feel at home! I'll be renewing for a very long time :)

I cannot begin to explain what an exceptional experience I have had living at the Marquis lofts on Sabine. The staff makes you feel like family, the maintenance staff is punctual and so helpful. They would how to do absolutely everything. The apartment is immaculate. Safety is perfection because they have an on site courtesy officer and he is absolutely incredible. I simply couldn't imagine living anywhere else!!!

I absolutely LOVE living at the Marquis Lofts! This is going on my 3rd year at this property & hoping to never leave! This was my first big move on my own & they have made me feel like family from day 1. It's located in the heart of the city with the best of both worlds being you're right on Buffalo Bayou as well as a walk into downtown! As a young woman living by herself in the city, I've always felt safe, comfortable, & right at home. I would highly recommend to anyone! -LH

This place is home because the office staff make it feel like home. They are always so easy to talk to and connect with and do not treat you like another person walking through the office. I'd like to really add how great Linda is. She just goes above and beyond with everything and is a person of her word. Highly recommended!
