Stay clear away from this apartment. Apartment floods without rain. Ongoing roach problems (big and small roaches, and roaches of different colors), bed bugs, fleas (people that owned dogs could take their dogs to defecate on any of the grass areas, including right in front of another tenant's apartments). Cracks in walls, molds, apartment vandalism (office lost their copy of my apartment key, they had to make copy of my key), my kitchen cabinet came off the wall within few weeks of moving in. Maintenance requests took months for them to be honored and one was lucky if they were honored at all. The apartment had 2 trash locations that overflowed with trash most times. Office staffs were rude, and dishonest (most especially Samantha). I believe they would rather be rude in order to discourage tenants from re-requesting maintenance repairs that were not honored, rather than fix the problems; even though they collected their rent and water payments on time. It was a big mistake to had move into this place. The appearance of the apartment attraction was like "judging a book by its cover". Showing the inside of the apartment when looking for an apartment wasn't enough, until living there for couple of days, then one would find out the bad things about the place).

This place is a dump. Good luck getting maintenance to fix anything, the hot water is out at least once a month, the AC only blows in the front half of the apartment so the bedrooms are either freezing cold or boiling hot, the lousy drainage and lack of spraying means mosquitos almost as big as the bats that infest the complex. One apartment is full of countless dogs that bark all morning and another outside that smells worse than the dumpsters! A dozen complaints to the manager have done nothing. And forget about feeling safe. A gang of kids busts into apartments to smoke pot and management just tells us it's security 's problem. The security guard is never anywhere to be found unless she's walking her dogs and is the rudest most condescending person I've ever met. My car was busted into twice in a month and she never even bothered to look into it. What are they paying her to do besides walk her dogs? We're stuck here with our 2 young children for another 4 months, but the day out lease is up we're running for our lives!

This place is full of roaches. Every single month Dirty Apartments, old carpets, stove was broken for over a month when I moved in. FULL OF ROACHES. Just nasty. Also they Let the garbage pile up so high and outside the dumpsters.They only have one area for the dumpster that the whole apt complex has to share. It's embarrassing to live here. Trust me, you don't want company to come visit. But if the did, there isn't any visitors parking. So they have to park outside the complex and walk all the way around the building. I hate I'm bound by lease to live here. I regret ever moving here.

I have not even lived here a year and management already switched and now there are 2 heavy set -------- women that work in the office who are extremely RUDE!!!!! Beware of what you're getting into and don't expect the roaches to disappear and for anything the complex to be fixed. Every time we need something fixed it takes forever and then they do a half --- job. Mold is another issue amongst it all.

worst place to live, it is a waste of money. If you like roaches, rates, bed bugs choose Sheffield Square. Very bad maintenance, old appliances, uncooperative office.
