The stay at Aliso used to be very good until last year or so. With the new management taking over the service requests takes for ever to complete and never before innumerable follow up calls. Maintenance per se its completely unprofessional on everyone's part who ever is involved.

The apartment is decent. Since I moved in, it has changed management company. Pros: Nice Interiors, Gym, Walking path along the pond Cons: Expensive, Maintenance, Community event is limited, Marijuana smoking neighbors

Property Great. The upkeep changes depending on ownership. Peaceful. Safe. I wish pool area tv worked and they clean the patio furniture /grill And pool often. And pressure washed patio due staining. It's beautiful property.

The scenery is great. I love that it has a pool and a 24/7 fitness gym. The apartments have nice room and space. The walk in closets are outstanding along with the walk in showers. My guests love the complex and is wishing to soon make this their home.

At the time we leased the apartment the service is good, but during the stay the service deteriorated. For example the leasing office is not responding quickly enough, also the maintenance is very bad have to send 2-3 requests to get the attention. There is no proper office area. Also the most important things is there are so many hidden fees, not like other apartments this apartment is charging for cleaning and painting as well even though there are no any damages. (I stayed in few apartments this is the first time I encountered this). Cost also high compared to other apartments, this may be because of the school. Location and the scenic view is good. But these are some vehicle breaking happens but they are not communicated to the residents. Other two apartments I stayed communicated these types of issues. The apartment is ok but I don't think the facilities provided by the apartments is less compared to the price.
