Maintenance is poor, residents do NOT pickup after their dogs. I have my AC not working for 6 days now, other than that, the payments are very nice and great to live in. The lake in the middle is great for walks around.

1. Massive staff/tenant quality drop since new management took over. 2. Have witnessed two (2) drug deals from my balcony in the past week. 3. Multiple cars parked in both the entry and exit driveways at all hours. 4. Multiple non-resident vehicles parked inside complex. 5. Dozen or more kids running around car park in the afternoons. 6. Personally witnessed at least two (2) children being hit by cars in car park. 7. Vehicle vandalism increased after 2018. Multiple cars have been damaged. 8. Maintenance is worse than ever after management change from Elan. 9. Office staff rarely in office. Have to 'make an appointment' to fix issues. 10. Office staff don't reply to emails, wont respond to anything in writing. 11. Dog waste everywhere. Pet owners seem ignorant or oblivious. 12. Footpath and Vehicle security access gates left open all the time. 13. Personally witnessed individual taking multiple residents discarded mail from trash bin near mailboxes. 14. Non-residents use the pool area and BBQs during summer. Overcrowded. 15. Residents play cricket in the car park. Ignorant to vehicle damage from ball. 16. Charged $5 per month for 'rental insurance waiver' despite paying for full rental insurance through third party company. 17. Residents recently not given full 24 hours notice before entering apartments for safety checks. 18. Non-optional monthly $25 trash valet fee. No recourse for missed pick-ups. 19. Ridiculous dining/kitchen track lighting bulbs need constant replacement. 20. ABSOLUTELY HOPELESS OFFICE STAFF.

Apartment complex looks good. But the maintennace is very poor after the recent change in the management. Lawns, Pool and Pond are lacking basic maintenance and place for mosquitoes breeding. Security is another area to be improved.

Community can get a bit noisy, lots of kids playing around. Amenities are nice but too many pool rules. Also visitor parking is a nightmare. Maintenance varies, sometimes they will get the job done in a nice timely manner other times they will take days just to change a lock. Beautiful apartments but definitely still needs work.

I've only been staying here for 3 weeks now. Great apartment and nice area! My only issue is staying under someone. Wish I would have moved on the 3rd floor instead! But overall, I have been enjoying.

This property has gone down hill very quickly since I moved her in Nov. 2018. There has been a high staff turnover from agents to managers, a severe lack of maintenance and beautification and practically no enforcement of the lease terms for those who don't abide by them. For the price I pay, I can get the same treatment and neglect from a C class property with a much lower rent. I will be moving soon.

Not happy with the way things are managed from past 1 year The maintenance activity is always been delayed and we had to remind couple of time to get the work done The cleanliness is not maintained Not sure is this is because of management change

I love the community because of their modern day appliances.....the families are all family oriented....the attraction of the view got my attention......as well as the community being safe for all. I REALLY REALLY ENJOY MY APARTMENT. GREAT JOB!!

I love living here. Beautiful apartments and landscaping. It's nice that there are so many kids out but their parents need to take responsibility for them and be aware of where they are and what they're doing. I see lots of kids running all over the parking lot being disrespectful of others property and stomping through the vegetation. This is unacceptable. Even worse is that parents are fairly nonchalant about their kids wrecking other people's front yards, scratching other people's cars, and playing tennis against other people's garage doors. You should require kids wear wristbands when unattended with their apartment numbers on them so I know who to reference when I call your office

I am very disappointed with the amount of time it takes to have work ordered completed. I put in that my sink was clogged days ago and no one has come out to fix it. Gym AC has been out... Visitor parking is bad
