Maintenence shows up fast but I been having a problem with my AC for like half a year. Still waiting to see if they will fix it before summer. I would say it is a safe area for now and peaceful most of the time. There is a few things that happen but not that bad for the rent we pay.

The apartments over all are nice and the area is very quiet. The only thing I would say is they could do better with yard work and pest. The hall way bugs be at front your door. Could do be better?..

The community is nice but not much maintained in terms of cleanliness. The maintenance people are reactive and helpful. The leasing office is welcoming and always keen to assist. The downside is the valet trash not much efficient and the renters playing loud music and the smell of smoke (Subjective). Some buildings face each other creating a resonance even coming from the complex next door.

Vista is the best place to live. 1 :- community is beautiful 2 :- area is so safe 3 :- which is very important the Manager of the property is awesome very helpful and caring for their tenants and the whole team in office and the best crew
