These are probably one of the nicest apartments I lived in on the southwest area. Very nice they have their own Amazon box. The pool was nice as well. Everything was kept clean. The maintenance man were on time and everything was great. I love this property. It was quiet and the apartment layout was pretty nice pretty decent.. my only issue was the office ladies which is always a problem with every complex the office managers are just so rude and non-caring other than that it’s a a great complex

At first my unit had a record of flooding history. I notified the office several times and finally after 5 months they react to try fixing the problem. On the positive side I like the area location and it's very quiet.

Been here for 18 years that is something to be said in itself. Staff members are great maintenance is great. What more could you want This is a two block street so pretty safe Pool is beautiful and grills are great

This is a good, low-key complex. The staff is friendly and the grounds are well-maintained. The location is nice also, tucked onto an off-street but close to to businesses and entertainment. I definitely recommend.

It's not at all what I expected. Noisy neighbors and limited parking with no resolution may be fine for some, but I can do without. Other than that, the staff responds to maintenance requests in a timely manner.

The apartments are very clean and well kept. The ladies in the front office are friendly and helpful. Maintenance does a wonderful job with requests and they have always been quick. The apartments are quiet; residents are friendly and keep to themselves. The pool and gym are always clean. The ducks that frequent the apartment are friendly and adds such an amazing touch.

Thank you for sending this survey. I really like the service that your staff provides, they are awesome. I have zero issues so far. The only item that I noticed is that during the weekends, the community abuses throwing too many bags of trash. It will be a good idea to have some cameras in that area.

If you are anxious to be treated rudely and like you are an imposition, by all means visit here. The young girl at reception was completely lacking in manners, courtesy, friendliness . She has zero people skills and should never be in the position of being the first person with whom you come in contact. If she isn't a granddaughter of the owner, I cannot imagine why she was hired. Needless to say I will not rent there and would not recommend the Silverado based on interacting with her.

Overcharges unsuspecting residents. Glad I have been paying a fraction of the amount for the same services in other places since I left. I have requested an explanation multiple times and did not receive a response or an explanation. They say they will use a collection agency or other means when they are asking to pay money on time, but they refuse to respond when asked about an explanation for the charge. Stay here if you want to always be on guard about being charged for more than an honest amount and never receive a response or an explanation for it.

Nadia was a great leasing consultant, she got all of my paperwork in all in one following day. I submitted my application on a Friday and was able to move in that following Tuesday, when I had a problem with my AC unit, maintenance came to my apartment within 20 minutes. The grounds are well kept and there are hardly any alley cats. The apartment community overall is great, no noisy kids screaming, cussing, or running outside my unit.
