A peaceful environment with great office and maintenance staff. I have not experienced any crime on the property at all. Our community is completely surrounded with convenience shopping and restaurants. I am a very satisfied tenant.

Move in was easy and smooth with no problems. I love the neighborhood and community as a whole, it's quiet and peaceful. The cons I would say is the parking, duck poop everywhere, and my roof leaking in my bedroom when it's raining and it's been a week or so since I've let them know and I was told someone was going to come to fix the roof but no one has came yet. But so far besides that it's been people good. I have plenty more time to see.

The application process was fast, but I felt like it was made harder for me to get in even after being approved. I felt like they were looking for reasons to deny me. That put a bad taste in my mouth from the start.

I was a previous resident and went to a different community. I left for a number of reasons, but those reasons seem so irrelevant at the moment. I returned to this community because I missed the ease of the community, and the great staff that helped with all of my needs.

The office personnel is friendly and helpful. We have always been treated with respect. All maintenance requests have been taken care of quickly. The property is quiet and convenient to shopping, dining and access to Terry Hershey Park.
